Oasis, formerly Phoenix West II 4BR!! New Adult Pool, Lazy River/Slide!!

Welcome to The Oasis, formerly known as Phoenix West II, Unit 1912! Relax in this 4-bedroom/4-bathroom, over 2,500 sq. ft. professionally decorated condo that overlooks both the Gulf State Park and the sugar sands of Orange Beach.

The first thing you'll notice in this (technically) north-facing unit are the floor-to-ceiling windows in the bonus living area that showcase the miles of white sand beach to the East. Featuring a large wall mounted flatscreen TV, this is the perfect location to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or let the kids game the night away.

The large north-facing balcony overlooks the miles and miles of the Gulf State Park (and, yes, that is the lighted Ferris wheel at the Wharf you see in the distance). The lush greenery is a perfect complement to the coastal cottage decor.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The master bath features double sinks (including hair dryer), jacuzzi tub, stand-alone shower with safety bars and a large walk-in closet.

The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and 3rd bedroom with two Queen sized beds, there is a large wall mounted flatscreen TV in both and have their own adjoining bathroom with a single-sink (including hair dryer) and a combo bath/shower.

The 4th bedroom has two Queen sized beds and a large wall mounted flatscreen TV but does not have an adjoining bathroom. We also have a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a queen sofa sleeper in the front sitting area for sleeping up to 16.

Unit is on the White Linen Program!

White linen program means all towels, sheets, bed quilts and pillow shams are washed every time at a commercial laundry care facility. All linens are washed in 150 degrees commercial washers with EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation.

Guests also enjoy the full bathroom off the main hallway (that includes a stand-alone shower and access to the full-sized washer and dryer). In two bathroom, the showers have safety rails installed.

The well-stocked kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a wet bar / ice maker. A large dining table (w/seating for 8). as well as 4 bar stools provide plenty of seating options while dining. A wet-bar with a wine cooler and ice-maker will enhance any party. Beautiful tile throughout (no carpet). Plus the 60" HD flatscreen TV in the living area, satellite programming, and included high speed WiFi allow you to be as connected.

Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.

The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.

For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

Parking: You must purchase parking passes from the front desk upon arrival. Parking passes are $60 per vehicle (a one-time fee that covers your entire stay). Any 4-bedroom unit rented at Oasis guarantees the option to purchase up to two parking passes; the front desk will sell additional passes based upon availability (limited by occupancy of the complex) but, please, do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.
