1987 home completely gutted and rehabbed. Walk to nature, food, and wedding venues. 10ft ceilings, lot's of natural light. Fully stocked kitchen, new furniture, comfy beds, fluffy pillows, and quality linens. Stayed here with some friends for a wedding at the Roswell Mill Club and the house was great! House had everything we needed and was very clean. Communication with host was great and instructions were clear.

This house worked out great for our visit to Atlanta and to visit our friends who live in Roswell. It has been nicely updated. It was clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. We only had breakfast there so I don’t know about other cooking supplies.

Great for our family

We were here for a sad day, memorial for our neice and her family and father. Derek was great in accomodating us and my sisters. The location was near downtown Roswell, minutes from the church. The location allowed extended family to gather before and after.

Clean property with well done upgrades. Well equipped including family friendly games. Fence looks closed but is not completely closed in but a baby gate wedged between the bushes and retaining wall worked to keep our two 15 lbs dogs inside. Hopefully they can add another panel to close fence completely. Great communication from host. Would book again!
