Perfect in every way 10/10

My 1 week stay was perfect. The property was very clean and everything was perfect. The parking and access to the property was very easy. I definitely recommend this property and host.

Nice Rental

The space was nice and clean, there are 4 rental units in the property with a shared outdoor space. The neighborhood was a traditional San Juan urban neighborhood.

Three star but next hopefully 5 if solar panel is installed

All good...except night with no air-conditioned 4 days with no televisión out of 7 day we stayed...but all cleaned, booked comunicatión excelent hope next time they have solar panel. and internet with no problems but overall good.

Qué lástima que usted nos de 3 estrellas en su review. Le recomenyen una proxima ocasión se hospede en un Hotel. La razón por la cual estuvo una noche sin aire acondicionado no estuvo en nuestras manos, tampoco lo fue la falta de internet. Sin embargo no dice qué su check in lo hizo alrededor de la 1:00pm y estuvo llamando al celular personal para hacer preguntas. Para eso existe la plataforma verbo. Toda comunicación es atraves de la misma. Si instaló placas solares , estamos seguros qué no puede hospedarse aqui. La habitación subiría de precio , por esto nuestra recomendación es un Hotel . Gracias

Very quiet neighborhood and not to far from San Juan. Fully air-conditioned and very clean. Well maintained property. It's like your own private apartment in Puerto Rico. Property management was always available for any questions I had and the keyless entry was a nice touch so there's no fear of losing your room key and also very secure as the property is video monitored. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Perfect unit for two!

Cute little apartment style unit. Perfect for a couple to enjoy. Everything was great- my only recommendation is to provide more than one blanket (or bring your own!). You can adjust the temperature of the air conditioning to your liking but if you like to cuddle up with blankets when sleeping, there’s only one to use. The space was clean and had toiletries to use. The neighborhood does have some noisy dogs at all hours so be aware- we did not mind this, some might. The laundry facilities were great to use especially after many beach days. Would recommend staying here as it was a great location to commute to other parts of the island.
