Renovated 3-bedroom, one-bathroom Suite with a living room fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry unit, and a designated workspace to allow you to feel more at home while you relax and unwind. The Suite features 5 Queen Beds and 2 Full/Double Beds so no need to share!! We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay, so please take a moment to review our HOUSE RULES.

By following these guidelines, you'll help us maintain a welcoming environment for all guests and avoid any potential violation fees:

1. NO Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Please respect this rule to avoid additional cleaning fees.

2. NO Parties: We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings to respect our neighbors and the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood.

3. QUIET Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This includes keeping noise levels down both inside and outside the property.

4. NO Outside Shoes Indoors: Please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes inside the house. Feel free to place wet/soiled shoes on the tray by the front door.

5. Only REGISTERED Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Thank you for your cooperation.

6. PETS: We welcome one pet under certain conditions. Please ensure your pet is well-behaved, and note that pets are not allowed on furniture, to dig in the yard or disturb the neighbors. There is a size limit/breed restriction for dogs; please inquire before booking.

7. CHECK-OUT Instructions: Before you check out, please ensure all trash is disposed of properly (and placed out into the appropriate bins located in the back), and the property is left in good condition.

8. Laundry: Guests have access to a washer and dryer. Please note that we do not provide laundry detergent due to potential allergies. We recommend bringing your own preferred detergent to ensure it meets your specific needs.
Additionally, please refrain from using the laundry facilities after 10 PM to maintain quiet hours and respect our neighbors.
