This modern home that sleeps 8 people comfortably is just 8 minutes from downtown Nashville and only 5 minutes away from The Grand Ole Opry, Opry Mills, 5 points in east Nashville and the nations! Enjoy the private rooftop Patio and Plenty of space! Each Bedroom is equipped with a Queen-sized bed and each Sofa folds out into two additional Queen-sized beds! We allow small pets and have food bowls, poop bags, and a crate for them!

Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay.

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Two Negatives (so we are transparent and upfront on what you're getting into!):
There are A LOT of Stairs!!! This house is 3 stories with 2 sets of stairs going up! The bedrooms are on the second story.
The unit is located facing a street, so there is some road noise, but DON'T WORRY! We have provided sound machines, and earplugs to use as necessary!

Parking: This unit comes with free parking! Guests not only have 2 assigned spaces, they are also given one additional guest spot on the top portion of the parking lot. We have a photo on our listing that shows you where the reserved parking spaces are and also guest parking.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Great weekend stay

Several of my friends and I booked this property for a concert and it suited our needs perfectly. We unfortunately weren’t able to use the roof balcony due to heavy rain but what use we did get out of it was amazing. Definitely recommend this property to others and will most likely book it on return visits to Nashville

Cozy Hideaway

Cute and cozy home. Plenty of space. This rental was themed adorably and the kids loved it. We were close enough to Nashville that we could run downtown and sight see, but also far enough away to feel comfortable. The roof top patio was the perfect place to sit and relax. Definitely would stay again.

Great place close to everything!

We spent a couple nights here during our family vacation. The space is just as described. We had some struggles getting in, but our host was quick to respond and help us out. Our boys loved the extra space it provided us, and we were close to both downtown and things to do around the Grand Ole Opry!

Cute unit with easy access to attractions

We visited for a sports tournament in Hendersonville, TN and wanted to stay in between there and downtown Nashville. This was the perfect fit. The neighborhood was generally quiet with street noise being the only downside. We would stay here again.

Lovely stay in Nashville

The property was immaculate and nicely furnished to accommodate a large group. The check in process was very simple, and the door codes were all provided a day ahead so that we had everything needed prior to arrival. The roof top patio was also a nice area for the group to gather. There was contact information on site for an inexpensive ride share to downtown Nashville that could accommodate the whole group. Highly recommend and I would stay there again.

Loved Hanks Hideout

We were in town with friends celebrating our anniversary’s. We wanted to be close to Broadway. The house was a quick Uber ride away. It had plenty of space, clean and looked just like advertised. There are lots of steps but we were fine with that. Great for couples!

Beautiful Condo-Beat Expectations

My 84-yr old mother, two sisters and I stayed at Hang’s Hangout while on a Mother/Daughters trip to Nashville. My mom stayed in Dolly’s Den, and it could not have been any better. She loves Dolly and lavender is her favorite color! This location is about a 15-minute drive to downtown Nashville and to the Grand Ole Opry. After touring or honky-tonking, it was nice to come “home” to a comfortable space that offered peace and quiet. The private rooftop was a favorite place to hangout for one of my sisters. And we could tell a lot of thought went into the decor of the entire condo, paying homage to country legends and the local NFL football team, the Titans. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and 100% recommend it for anyone looking for a place outside of the heart of downtown Nashville, yet just a 15-minute drive away.
