Great kitchen!

We enjoyed the cooking facilities and the comfy bed! Took advantage of the great pool and condo was only a short walk to the beach.

Fabulous Stay!

Our stay at the Ocean Breeze was amazing! Superb location, fantastic condo fully stocked, and three beautiful pools on site! Our host, Wendy, was very responsive and helpful with our check in process. I would highly recommend this condo and YES we will definitely be back!

Condo vraiment bien équipé

Grand condo très propre, les proprio y viennent aussi alors c’est superbement équipé de vaisselle et de tout. Même un frigo distributeur d’eau et de glace, j’adore. Piscines très bien, on y a rencontré plusieurs voisins sympa. La mer à cinq minutes, plage très large et facile à marcher et aucun caillou, l’eau chaude..le bonheur. Autour il y a plein de resto très bien. On a adoré notre semaine!

Relaxing vacation in a comfortable condo

We very much enjoyed our stay at Wendy’s condo. It was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. We enjoyed swimming in the pool in front of the condo and spending time at the beach, a 5-10 minute walk away. Both the owner and the property manager were quick to respond to our questions.

Costa Rican Gem

We had a wonderful stay in this Ocean Breeze condo. The unit was perfect for 4 of us and was well supplied with anything you might need. We were greeted on arrival with a cold beer, salsa, and chips, a welcome refreshment after a day of travel. So unexpected, yet appreciated! The walk to the beach was a short 5 minute walk as indicated, and there were cute beach restaurants nearby. Very idyllic. The Owner and Property Manager were immediately responsive and supportive of any need. Starting the mornings by the pool was peaceful and restorative! You can't go wrong by selecting this condo.

Well equipped, nice location, very relaxing.

Condo was well equipped with all the things you would expect + a lot more ( lots of books, beach chairs, some spices, welcome basket etc.

Excelente ubicación

El apartamento tiene una ubicación perfecta para desplazarse a diferentes lugares en la zona. Es bastante amplio y esta full equipado. El único problema es la piscina que es muy profunda y fría. En mi caso mis hijos aún no saben nadar entonces casi no pudieron disfrutar de la misma

a relaxing vacation

We had a great time at Ocean Breeze. Sitting on the small porch watching and listening to the birds in the early mornings was a fantastic way to start the day, followed by a long walk on the beach. I highly recommend this well-equipped condo.

Great place to stay

Very clean condo, well-furnished, very quiet place it was perfect, had everything we need and more. Also, near the condo there’s a supermarket 2min by car. We get surprised with a welcome basket for us (groceries and beers). The location is great just 5 min walking to the beach and closed to other beaches at the Peninsula – Papagayo. We had a great time, highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was well appointed and very comfortable The location is perfect! Short walk to the beach. Very quiet, lovely pools. Great to have a dip after a beach walk!

Christmas visit 2019

Wendy’s condo was everything we saw on the listing! Everything we needed was available and ready for us! The beach was a 5 min walk which was perfect and the pizza place just outside the gate was the best pizza we’ve had in a long time!!! The pools and grounds were well kept and beautiful! I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to this condo and I definitely would stay there again! So Sad to be home!

Beautiful condo, exceeded expectations

Very impressed with Wendy's condo. Had everything you could need or want in the kitchen to prepare meals with. She even had a delicious welcome basket for us. Short 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. We definitely have found our favorite spot in Costa Rica. Restaurants nearby were fantastic, easy walk to a small grocery store and an easy drive to Coco Beach for shopping, more groceries and the CrossFit Gym. Tico tours provided a great excursion too. Grethel the condo manager was also very helpful. The pool was fantastic and the wildlife around the condo and on the walk to the beach was an added bonus. Be sure to get a paddle board lesson with India.

Wonderfully Appointed Condo! Great Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ocean Breeze! The location 5 minute walk from the beach, easy drive to the hiking trails in the many National Parks and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The beach had lots of services if you wanted them, we traveled to a number of beaches and we really felt Playa Hermosa was the nicest. The Condo itself has everything and more than what we needed. It was clean and cooking was easy with everything available. The patio was perfect, we BBQ'd and had every meal outside! Each day after whatever activity was on our agenda we returned for a chat and a libation at the pool with the great folks staying in other units. This was our first RVBO experience and we are worried we have been completely spoiled!!

Home Away from Home

Our stay in Wendy’s condo was amazing. It’s a short walk to the beach and the condo is outfitted with all of the little details/ amenities that truly make it a home away from home. We enjoyed afternoons by the pool and cooking breakfasts in. Furthermore there is a wide variety of restaurants close by for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Finally, the beach and the area is very peaceful and not crowded unlike neighboring Coco. It was the ideal location to sit back and unwind.

Ocean breeze paradise

Everything about the condo was top notch. There were 5 of us who stayed inclufpding my grandson. We had a great time. Right from the start our greeting was on time and helpful. Steve met us across the street at a restaurant and couldn't have been nicer. The condo had everything we needed. The a/c worked great, showers excellent, comfy beds and nicely finished. The pools were great and so handy. Balcony with BBQ was perfect. Location 5 minutes from each and close to plenty of restaurants. We would definitely rent again. Thank you Wendy the owner who was easy to deal with. Highly recommend!! Pure Vida!!

We had an AMAZING time!

We spent Christmas week at this beautiful condo and had a fabulous time! The condo was perfect - very clean, modern and well equipped with everything needed for a great vacation. The washer and dryer came in really handy as well. The condo is in a great location, within walking distance to the beautiful Hermosa Beach. There is also a great little pizza restaurant right across the street from the condo complex. The onsite pool was perfect, nice size, well kept and very clean. It was nice to come home to a swim after a day in the sun. Wendy, the owner, was fabulous to work with. She provided super helpful information on excursions, drivers, restaurants, markets and beaches. It was also convenient having the local grocery store within walking distance. Loved our vacation and can't wait to return!

Spectacular!

Spectacular vacation home with absolutely everything you need. This property is not just a vacation rental, it is truly a home away from home with so many extras & comforts that you would expect to find when staying in a family home. Spotlessly clean & very comfortable all within a beautifully landscaped & gated complex. Playa Hermosa is the best beach in the area, nice sand, great beach side eateries and best of all it is very quiet. Wendy the owner & Lisa the property manager were both excellent to deal with, always just a call away when we had questions as we settled in. Book it! You will love everything about this great place!

Fantastic Condo Complex

Very clean condo. Very well furnished. Loads of gadgets in the kitchen to make even a chef happy. Loads of towels and linens. Nice to have a washer/dryer. Very good walk to the beach and the local grocery store where you will find everything. Will definitely be back.

Perfect Vacation Rental!

What a beautiful place to spend 7 weeks! The condo is fantastic - very clean, modern, and it is equipped with everything you could ever need to enjoy yourself at home, or at the beach. We were so comfortable here, our not-quite-2-year-old daughter started calling it 'home'. The owner was a great resource for local information and was more than willing to help us out whenever we asked. And, the apartment is in the perfect location to enjoy the best of Costa Rica. You really couldn't ask for more!

A great time to visit

We have visited 20+ countries & Costa Rica has been one of the best. Playa Hermosa has a very good feel with the right balance of services but not overly commercialized. The weather was really good in early June - just a few times did we see any rain. The condo worked out quite well. The owner has provided everything needed for an enjoyable family vacation. Our 2 boys really enjoyed the pool. Our family vacation including diving, ziplining, white water rafting, surfing, and a river tour. The morning coffee outside on the deck was wonderful & the pacific sunsets on the beach were spectacular.

Perfect

Our family of four, two teens and parents, just returned from a one week stay at this condo. The condo was ideal. The furnishings and room look exactly like in the photos. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the baths were clean and modern. Although we went to the beach every day, we used the pool as well. And we enjoyed starting the day with a cup of coffee on the deck, listening to birds and seeing the occasional lizard in the lot next door. The condo was great as well as the logistics of staying in Playa Hermosa. We didn't rent a car and used Rory's Rides to go on a river cruise, to Tamarindo for surfing and zip-lining. The days that we stayed local were spent at the beach snorkeling and swimming. Sometimes rentals don't look as good as the picture but this one exceeded our expectations.
