We invite you to explore your creative and fun side while experiencing the beauty and wonders of Florida on the Gulf Coast! We provide a long list of basic amenities so your stay is seamless and stress-free. Just pack your personal belongings and we have the rest covered!
When you arrive you will be welcomed with ample driveway and street parking for an easy unload. Walk inside to the large living room attached to the kitchen and dining room for a central social area.
Living room:
There is a large sectional with two chaise lounges for optimal relaxation. Open the couch up to make an oversized cuddling spot or extra sleep space. Enjoy your favorite shows, movies, or music videos with streaming accounts pre-loaded on the 60" smart HDTV. A desk is available for work purposes or children wanting to be creative with art.
Head into the kitchen where you can enjoy taking turns creating fun light pictures on the life size Lite Brite wall!
Kitchen/Dining:
We offer a fully stocked kitchen including high-quality essentials:
- A large selection of eating, cooking, baking, and BBQ utensils, knives and cutting boards.
- Dishes, flatware, serving platters, various cup options to include children options, glass and plastic adult cups, wine. cocktail glasses, and coffee mugs.
- Pots, pans, cooking sheets, baking pans, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, etc
- We have a dishwasher and provide soap pods for your use.
- To make your cooking experiences as easy and versatile as possible, we offer multiple additional small appliances including an air fryer, crockpot, toaster, waffle maker, blender, and griddle pan.
- Don't worry about missing your morning coffee! Enjoy the stocked coffee bar with a full pot and single cup brewing option.
- Basic spice options are available along with cooking oil and basic individually packaged condiments.
- Seating is available at the island (3 stools) along with 6 seats at the indoor dining table and 8 seats at the patio dining table. The dining spaces are all within close proximity for a spacious, yet connected experience. There is a small window serving bar connecting the kitchen to the outdoor patio for easy serving.
Outdoor:
Off the dining room is a screened in patio with a ping pong table and seating to watch the competitive fun! Here you will also find an array of pool and beach toys, floats and supplies. Yard and group games will be stored on the patio as well.
From the screened in patio, you will have a beautiful view of the pool with a sunning shelf and bubbler! Don't worry about the random cooler Florida days because the pool is HEATED so you can enjoy your time in the sun all year round. We have multiple seating and lounge areas so you can relax however you wish! We offer beach and pool towels, pool floats and toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and other essential beach supplies.
On the side patio you can relax on the outdoor couch in front of the fire table while you BBQ and spend time with family and friends playing mini-golf, corn hole and many other fun games.
Access to a convenient bathroom is right off the side patio into the bunk room. You can let the kids get their energy out on the bunk slide and explore their imaginations in the bunk house underneath.
Bunk room:
SLUMBER PARTY!!! This room is a huge area of fun!! Throw all the kids in this room or enjoy an adult slumber party with the comfort of adult size bunk beds. There are luxurious queen size beds on the bottom with drawers that pull out for storage. On the top you will find high end full size mattresses with easy to climb stairs and a slide to bring you down. Under the stairs is a Kid's play area with bean bags for quiet time and imagination play.
On the opposite side of the room is a queen size murphy bed with a high end mattress if you need more sleeping space. The 42" Smart HDTV allows you to pick your favorite streaming options to keep everyone entertained. This room has it's own AC unit and ceiling fan to allow you to control the temperature for your group. Attached is a bathroom with a shower.
Full laundry access is available with a provided initial supply of detergent.
Through the living room on the other side of the house you will find two private bedrooms and another bathroom with a tub and shower.
Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom offers a super comfy king size mattress, dresser, closet space with hangers and room for a floor twin mattress (provided) or pack n play (provided). This bedroom also offers a 42" Smart HDTV for private viewing entertainment.
2nd Bedroom:
At the end of the hall is a private bedroom with a queen size bed, dresser and closet space with hangers. A 42" Smart HDTV is offered in this bedroom as well.
Hall Bathroom:
The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo with 2 storage cabinets.
Security Camera Disclaimer: There are 2 operational Ring security cameras located on the outside of the home which record both visually and audibly. One camera is a doorbell in the front of the house facing the driveway with a sliced view of the front door. The second is a flood light in the back facing the pool. There are no cameras inside the home or facing any personal areas. The purpose of these cameras is to monitor the property's access and security while vacant. We take your privacy and safety very seriously. Neither camera is monitored while guests are present unless there is an emergency.
Please note: You are welcome to use our bikes for your visit with a signed waiver. We have multiple sizes and types to choose from. We offer sanitized bike helmets, bags/coolers, straps, locks, lights, and cup/phone holders to make your day out super easy! Please let us know if anyone in your group is interested in using the bikes during your stay so we can send the appropriate waiver prior to being given bike access. All riders ride at their own risk.
You will have full access to the entire house, back yard, pool, bikes, games, and all amenities.

We offer keyless entry with your own code which will be provided before check in. We understand travel plans can change, so please communicate any complications or changes to your itinerary so we are aware and can assist in any way. Both hosts are available via the Airbnb platform or phone if needed. In the case of emergencies we do have multiple members of our team who can be present on site if needed.
Quiet, family friendly neighborhood. We are located on a corner lot near a dead end street so we don't get a ton of through traffic or noise. The neighborhood is great for walks and bike rides.
There are multiple stores, restaurants/bars, pharmacies, markets, and gas stations within walking distance or a short bike ride of the house. Sidewalks stretch all through the area for safety. If you prefer to drive, ample parking is available at nearby establishments. The closest beach access is right over the bridge approximately 1.5 miles away. It's a beautiful walk/ride but does require a short uphill walk over the bridge.
