Our family group really enjoyed staying in this house. Clean and well-equipped. Plenty of space for 8 adults (4 couples) inside and outdoors too. The lower level TV room was roomy enough for all of us at once! The air conditioning worked well - note that lower level bedrooms get colder than the main level bedrooms.

Everything was perfect. One issue; the dryer was not working (it continued to trip the breaker). I reached out to the host and had communication around it, so hopefully it has been addressed for the next guest. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect House for a Large Group

This house was the perfect place for our extended family to stay. There was so much seating with the huge couches and beautiful outdoor areas. The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils, dishes, and cookware. Everything was so clean and welcoming.

Our extended family had the best time at this property while visiting our student at Ithaca College. The fire pit and outside landscaping were a real bonus, which we enjoyed. The property is in a quiet location and the sound of the water behind the house was also pretty neat. Everyone slept well in their beds! The house felt spacious enough for all of us, and there is plenty of parking. I was surprised there was no microwave but we used the oven and the toaster oven to reheat breakfasts. Every other convenience was definitely provided! It's a lovely house and well-renovated. I would love to stay here again if I need large accommodations.

Perfect house and location for large family

Our large extended family of 10 stayed at Megan’s and it was perfect. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, large family rooms in both the upstairs and downstairs, large bedrooms with plenty of spaces to sleep, 3 bathrooms which is a necessity with lots of adults and kids and the outdoor space is just beautiful. If you are looking for a place that is spacious, clean, a responsive host and beautiful location I highly recommend Megan and her home!

Ithaca College visit

We wanted a place that we all could stay together as we attended a recital at Ithaca College. This was the perfect place! We all had a perfect room to sleep, a beautiful space to eat, and lots of room to socialize. Very close to Ithaca. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Ithaca College Graduation

Desired house near Ithaca College, Cornell, wineries and Ithaca Commons that also provided living space allowing us to get away from graduation crowds. This location met our objectives perfectly. Loved the outside spaces and bedrooms, bathrooms, common rooms and kitchen worked wonderfully. Property manager was very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable -- including recommending restaurants and wineries for our group.

Wonderful stay

We came to see Ithaca College with my daughter and the stay at this house was perfect. Very close to everything. It was super clean and Megan responded very promptly to everything. The beds were very comfortable and the house was prettier than the pictures show. I wish that the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed the beautiful backyard more. Oh and if there was a microwave or toaster. Those were the only two amenities missing.

Great stay

My family and I had a great weekend at this house. We came to town for my cousins wedding weekend and this was the perfect place to stay so we can all spend time together instead of staying at the overpriced hotel. The rooms and living spaces were comfortable and the perfect fit for our group of 9. The house was stocked with everything we could need. The outdoor space was really nice and we loved being able to light a fire and make s’mores at night. I loved having my morning coffee outside listening to the running stream in the back. The host was quick to respond to the questions I had before we got there. Would definitely recommend at anyone
