Pointe Santo E33,

We have rented at Pointe Santo regularly for over 20 yrs. We appreciate Sanibel and have always had a good experience in any one of the 5 buildings. This year, we would have appreciated notice that there would be significant outside work going on in E building - floors being retiled and roofs being repaired. Work started early in the morning and disrupted our sleep, which detracted from our vacation. When we arrived, the air conditioning was broken in E33. But we were grateful that it was promptly fixed, since it was pretty humid inside, making it hard to sleep the first night.

Condo was clean, full of everything you need, and the booking and key pickup/drop off were as simple as it gets. We've already discussed coming back.

Absolutely the best week. Morning walks on the beach, afternoon swim in the ocean, dinner on the screened in porch and evening swim at pool! Friendly people everywhere and our new home away from home.

Great spot but condo could use a little work.

The location was worth what the condo lacked. We loved our view! The condo was relatively clean. But I spent ten years cleaning for a living so i saw what was lacking in the details....crumbs in floor corners, some mold buildup in showers - small things. The unit provided extra blankets and pillows but no extra sheets or pillow cases. The master bed sways and sags and squeaks. Of all the things, this would be my number one pick for owners to upgrade. The kitchen cabinets veneer was coming off and cracked. Again, with the exception of the master bed, all stuff we could certainly live with. I was happy to see a water filter on the fridge as we come from well water. I know it’s Covid season, but supplying salt, pepper and coffee filters would have been so helpful. Maybe some plastic wrap too. Maybe people steal that stuff? So remember the every day essential things if you plan on cooking. Even though I gave it an overall “3” rating, I would still stay there again. Especially if they got a new bed (not just a mattress).

Great location right next to water. View of ocean was better than pictures. So many shells. Water is calm and shallow forever. Great for kids.

We had another great week on Sanibel. We have stayed at Pointe Santo a few times and this condo has a great view and the den was nice to have for the extra space. We were never able to locate the closet with the beach things.

Larger than expected, fabulous views and beautiful1

POINTE SANTOS are great condos! They are surprisingly close to the beach and the atmosphere is wonderful. We had limited interaction with the condo staff but what interaction we had was that they were helpful and very friendly. Would we return? You can bet on that. Sitting out on our veranda gave us great views, a nice breeze and a totally relaxing environment. We experienced two other condos while we were staying at Pointe Santos and have to say we thought E33 was the best. One condo on the forth floor had a spiral staircase to a roof top sunning deck. That was pretty special. We loved our stay!
