In the guest bedroom there is a full and twin sized bed, with an accompanying bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room of this residence. In addition, the primary bedroom has a pull out twin sized armchair bed next to the king bed. The exquisitely equipped kitchen with newer appliances, spacious living and dining area, modern bathrooms, and a comfortable master bedroom are just a few of the things that make guests come back to this unit year after year! The condo is located just minutes from "downtown" Sanibel, home to iconic establishments such as Bailey`s General Store and JN Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve.



Getting Around:

From a mobility perspective- We recommend either renting a car, golf cart, or bikes while staying with us. This residence is extremely close to many local restaurants, shopping, and activities.

Guests must complete a rental agreement at reservation confirmation.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
