Start the morning on the lanai of this gulf-front penthouse, lighthouse off to the east, boardwalk a few steps from your building. From the great room, the kitchen, and the king suite, you look straight at the water. The kitchen is new, with custom concrete countertops and an induction cooktop. The master bath has a new walk-in shower. The shower has dual heads and a hand shower.

This walk-up condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps 4. The guest room has twin beds. Beach chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella are stored near the boardwalk so they are easy to take to the sand. Beach towels are in the condo. The pool is a year-round heated saltwater pool, plus a hot tub.

The vaulted ceilings and beachy décor bring an airy and open feeling to the space.

Shell Island Beach Club is on the east end on the island with gas grills and walking/biking distance to the lighthouse. Ready for some competition? You can play a match on our brand-new tennis and pickleball court or challenge your friends and family to corn-hole while grilling up a wonderful meal!

The kitchen has a modern sink with garbage disposal and extra cabinet storage. We are fully stocked with bakeware, pots, pans, utensils, blender, toaster, coffee pot, and Keurig.

Bedroom #1 features a king-size bed, writing desk, an ensuite bathroom, and amazing views of the gulf. The bedroom has a 43" Smart TV with cable, vaulted ceilings, and a ceiling fan. The sliding glass door leads seamlessly out to the lanai. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a serene spa-like feel.

Bedroom #2 has two twin beds, vaulted ceilings, 32" Smart TV with cable, and a ceiling fan. Bathroom #2 has a tub/shower with sleek white tile.

At the end of a long day, relax on the couch and watch your favorite shows on the 55" TV with cable. Or, enjoy a meal al fresco on the lanai while watching the dolphins in the water. Our favorite feature of this condo is the AMAZING sunrises over the gulf with the historic Sanibel lighthouse in the background.
