Beautiful Midtown Willo retreat with private pool and gym

Three-bedroom, three-bathroom home centrally located in the Willo Historic District of Midtown Phoenix. Includes backyard with pool, outdoor dining/lounge area, gas fire pit and BBQ grill. Inside the home you will find an open floor plan with a wet bar, pool table, two fireplaces, washer/dryer and a private gym. Two of the three bedrooms are primary suites each with a private bath. One primary suite has a jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace and an amazing shower. Pool can be heated and home can be configured to accommodate additional guests on request. The kitchen is fully stocked with necessary small appliances, pots, pans and utensils. Perfect location to experience all that Downtown Phoenix has to offer! You will have easy access to a great assortment of bars, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Centrally located and within walking distance to light rail and downtown Super Bowl activities. In addition, there are several golf courses, MLB spring training facilities, parks, hiking trails and local events/attractions close by. Only a short 15 minute drive to Sky Harbor airport.
