Enjoy this centrally located 3 story end unit townhome! Cross the street to board the Sunrise Quad at Holiday Valley or take the free shuttle! Walk/drive to enjoy the Village of Ellicottville. Sleeps up to 10 w/ 2 bedrooms & full bath on 2nd floor, 3rd story private loft w/bunk beds. 1st floor full size sofa bed in the living area & 2nd full bath. Open 1st floor is ideal for gathering by the wood burning fireplace. Fully equipped with linens, towels, dishes, pots/pans, & flatware.

A great stay

This place was great. Although our stay was brief due to simply passing through, our extended family group of 4 adults and 6 kids all enjoyed a comfortable overnight stop here. Plenty of room, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and a peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

My sister and I stayed with our three children to do attractions at Holiday Valley, this condo was right across the street! The hosts were very kind and allowed us to check in early and were very responsive when we had an issue. Would stay here again.

2 bedroom with loft

Everything was great except it was not a three bedroom. This is a two bedroom with a loft. This does make it tricky when both families have children.
