Separate beverage cooler and freezer! All utilities to be included - however, condo HOA is not pet friendly! Arrangements can be made to board small pets locally and be delivered for daily visits at park next door! Available for Winter of 25/26, Spring, Summer and Fall seasons 2026: minimum stay of 3-month lease is required per HOA restrictions! (available Dec 2025 & all of 2026)
