About this property

Enjoy the best of Saratoga area from a quiet and relaxing location!

Quiet and comfortable house with a pool, large deck, shaded yard, and spacious kitchen. Sunroom is perfect for reading and conversation. The 9 foot dining room table is great for family meals. Smart lock allows for easy check in.

Enjoy the best of Saratoga Springs and the Southern Adirondack region from a quiet and relaxing location.

The space:
Welcome to The Cedar Nest!
The first floor has a living space, dining room, kitchen and half bath. On the second floor to the left is the master bedroom (above the garage).
The master bedroom (queen bed) has its own full bathroom attached with a stand up shower and bath tub. Second floor to the right you will find the other three rooms. One has a queen bed and the other two have two twin beds. These rooms share a full bathroom down the hall.
Our favorite is the backyard. There you will find a back deck for dining and grilling, a fire pit, and an in ground pool!
We strive to provide a comfortable place where you can relax, work remotely, or come back to after sightseeing/exploring during the day.

Other things to note:
Before you leave: Please have dishes washed, you may start a load in the dishwasher as you leave. All linens (sheets, pillow cases and towels) please put in your hamper and move hampers to the kitchen.
Please also empty garbage cans and put the filled bags in the outdoor bins. Thank you!

Perfection is the only word!

This house met every need for our family who traveled from Texas for a family reunion. A special part was being able to meet with the caretaker prior to our family's visit. We have grandchildren with Celiac and we were relieved to find out that the caretaker was well-versed in such things. She was also local so any issues could be addressed. There were no issues! GREAT PLACE TO STAY!
