About this property
Sportsman’s retreat is a beautiful home, close to 9 marina, with a large parking
Come inside and see our freshly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house that has a large gravel front parking area which can accommodate multiple trucks and trailers. This house is located in the sportsman club neighborhood, only 1 mile from the highway 9 landing boat ramp and #9 marina at lake Eufaula.
Twin mountains off-road park is about a 30 minute drive from our house.
Robbers cave state park and off-road park is a short 30 minute drive away.
The Lake Eufaula Dam off-road vehicle area is about a 15 minute drive.
We have a washer and dryer for laundry needs; dishwasher and full kitchen equipped with pots, pans, dishware and silverware.
There are outdoor security cameras viewing the front and rear door that are on 24/7.
3 day minimum for summer holidays ( Memorial day, 4th july, and Labor Day).

What makes this property unique
I built the property to make dads life a bit easier while towing all the toys.
With the front yard being an entire graveled parking area you can pull in straight and turn around with most trailers (under 30ft). So no backing needed and a power outlet for the boats on the porch.
There are lots of restaurants and marinas right down the street.
