This two bedroom, one bath included a large living and dining area and we'll equipped kitchen and bar. We were surprised by the bathroom and bedroom conditions. A sign requested that toilet paper be disposed in the trash can rather than flushed. The host apologized for the bed. Which was recently broken by another guest. We found the mattresses and linens to lower quality and less comfortable than we would normally see at a VRBO. It agreed it was an affordable evening stay and appreciated the host's prompt communication and allowing us a late checkout. That was helpful due to our late night check-in the evening before. We only stayed one night and were pleased to find a place that allowed this and for the very convenient location close to the marina and restaurants. Everything was clean and welcoming
