What a great property, the mangers were awesome and the home was very clean and had every accommodation anyone could hope for. The property was a perfect location to everything Colo Springs has to offer. We enjoyed a wonderful weekend! Thank you fir making my boyfriend's birthday and are anniversary so special!!! We will definitely stay here again!.
Check in was a little confusing because the wrong apartment was on the check in instructions. Lots of homeless in the area but they didn’t bother us at all.
Easy check-in. Clean, fairly spacious apartment. Noise from upstairs neighbors. Furniture in need of replacement. Selection of snacks at or near their use by dates. Step into the bedroom I stubbed my toes on.
Went with my 12 year old daughter for a special weekend. The property was immaculately clean and felt cozy like home. Would prefer cotton sheets, and there was a homeless presence. Other than that it was perfect.

Very clean, cute but location was a bit concerning.
Unit was clean, well stocked and a great place to lay our heads for a couple of days while in the Springs. Conveniently located to so many downtown spots. There was homelessness in the area that was a bit concerning but thankfully there was a "grounds keeper" that kept a close eye on things and noone every bothered us. The home is historical so it structurally has some blemishes from the outside but seemed sound indoors. The only downside we had was the upstairs unit was rented to a family that though legal in Colorado vaped weed a lot so the smell was strong in the foyer and at times in our unit as well. They had a small child so there was extra noise but with a little that's not really something that can be avoided. They were nice in every other way and we didn't have any conflicts.
