Summary:

Steps to the Beach!! Come stay in this newly built Townhome great for groups. It is in the perfect location with a private backyard for family and friends. This home was staged by a local interior designer so you'll enjoy all the details. You will be walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and the ocean! Located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes beach chairs, Smart TV’s, WIFI, and a fully stocked kitchen.



The Space:

Perfect location for everything you need. It is a few steps to the beach and a short walk to local coffee shops, Native Sun grocery store, and an assortment of restaurants. This clean and freshly updated home includes smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi!

The kitchen is complete with cooking ware, full dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home! You get to enjoy the private fenced in backyard all to yourself with lounging furniture and a grill.

There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.



First Floor:

1 Full size bathroom

2nd bedroom: 1 full sized bed and 1 twin sized bed (bunk bed) and a roll away twin bed

3rd bedroom: Queen size bed and includes rollaway twin bed

4th bedroom flex: Daybed with trundle (2 twins) with workspace and access to outdoor backyard

Primary Bedroom: King Sized Bed with full private bathroom that includes a double vanity

Both of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Beach towels are provided. You can comfortably sleep 9 people!



We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property.



This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management. We specialize in vacation rentals at Jacksonville Beach so our team is just minutes away to help during your stay. Getting Around:

There is a shopping complex with restaurants, stores, and nail salons within walking distance away. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!

We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches. The Beach Buggy is only running during certain hours!

The house was very nice and exactly as presented online. The week was exceptionally hot so the AC was working well and we so appreciated that. The location to the beach was great and we walked to the amphitheater for music and fireworks. The house was well stocked too with soap, papertowels, TP, blenders, toasters and utensils. Relax @ Jax Beach

The property was very relaxing with plenty of modern amenities to host eight people comfortably. The common area on the second level is supportive of relaxing around an open living area and kitchen. The two bathrooms and one powder room were adequate for all members. The first level outdoor space was relaxing with the majority of the shade occurring in the morning areas. The surrounding area was calm and peaceful - the beach is a short walk via public access to the east. Overall this was a great experience and if in the area again I would not hesitate to book again.

Everything we wanted!

Our daughter lives in Jax so we like to spend a few weeks with her but not in her space. The house was perfect for us and when our son and his family came to visit for a few days we had lots of space. Being a block from the beach was fantastic! We rented bikes and enjoyed riding down 1st Avenue to the restaurants close by. We will definitely rent this place again in the future should it be available 😎 Shout out to River from the bike rental place recommended in the house manual. Great guy!! Spacious, Well Stocked, and Family Focused Gem!

We LOVED our stay at this beautiful place! The room and house layout is super spacious and spread out. The home is beautifully curated with lovely decor and a fully stocked kitchen. The owners provided plenty of extra towels, and blankets as needed. Additional bonus is that the owners even provided beach chairs AND beach towels. Wow! While it's a small gesture, it was wonderful for us to not have to pack up all the beach stuff to take with us. We had rain the first two days during out visit, but the house is so spacious that we could spread out and not feel on top of each other, which we greatly appreciated. Located 3 blocks from the beach to a super easy public beach access. And a 5 min drive to downtown where all the restaurants are located. Many grocery stores, drug stores, and beach stores nearby. The hosts were extremely warm and helpful with any questions that we had. We would easily stay here again for a repeat trip to Jax Beach. Thank you for a wonderful week away!
