We had a wonderful stay in Jacksonville Beach! The home was clean, comfortable, and in such a convenient location with an easy walk to the beach and so many local spots. We especially loved the heated pool! The owner communicated consistently and was quick to answer any questions we had. We were also lucky to have beautiful weather, which was the cherry on top. We’d happily stay here again!

Thank you to our hosts, Welcome Home Rentals for a great week in Jacksonville. We were looking for a place in Jacksonville Beach as we were going in town for a few days moving our daughter into college and enjoying some time by the beach. This was a great location and the house was perfect, especially with the pool. It accommodated our family very well as far as two adults and three teenage children. It had everything we needed for the week (and more), was very clean and accessible to the beach, shops, restaurants, and activities. We would definitely stay again!

Hi Juan, I’m really sorry for the frustration during your stay. I understand how disappointing it can be when something you expected isn’t available. We don’t typically stock rice cookers at the property, as they’re not commonly requested. We do wish you had reached out to us during your stay, as we would have gladly tried to find a solution for you. Your feedback is appreciated, and we’ll certainly keep it in mind as we continue to evaluate our amenities for future guests. Thank you, Welcome Home Rentals Team
