House was exactly as described and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet, people are friendly, and within walking distance from restaurants and bars. Loved this area of Atlanta!

Great location, Great Overall Stay!

I rented with a long-time girlfriend for a weekend of catching up and fun. Very walkable location as far as getting to bars/restaurants. Front steps are a little treacherous for older folks but we managed fine. Communication with management was stellar and the property itself was very nicely updated and decorated.

We paid for a 2B/2BA. It was clean and well stocked as anticipated, but we were made aware of a plumbing issue after check-in. A toilet was turned off for an issue. Maintenance came, wasn't able to fix. So we had no use of 2nd bath during our stay.

Cute as advertised

This property was just as described. Nice attention to details for a more upscale experience. Loved the ease of check in as well as detailed and swift communication from the Minty team. I would definitely search for Minty again when coming to Atlanta.

Wonderful!

Usually when I stay at VRBOs, I get a little irritated that the pictures unfairly represent the property. But this truly was exactly as pictured! I also loved that this property felt new and clean.There were a lot of little nice touches that gave you some of the advantages of a hotel. There was coffee and creamer and shampoo and conditioner and olive oil, etc. It was a very easy stay and I would definitely book again!

We visited Atlanta during an arctic blast and, unfortunately, the house we rented did not fair well in the cold. There was a terrible draft at every door and window and while the heat was fine in the upper floor where we slept, it never made it down the stairs to the living, dining and kitchen rooms. We reported this on our 3rd day and we were advised to turn up the heat, which didn't do anything for the lower floors. We bought blankets and a space heater so we could spend time in the living room. It was a terrific location, but the lack of heat was very disappointing.
