Property is in a wonderful, fun neighborhood - close to everything! It's modern, clean and very comfortable! Has everything you need for a wonderful trip! The best part was Michael! He is an excellent communicator and anticipates what helps the trip run so smoothly. Thank you Michael!! :)

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. It was walkable to our friend's house whom we were visiting and accessible to many shops which made stocking up on basic groceries very easy. The house was well stocked, clean, and comfortable for our group of 5. The property owner was extremely kind and was accessible throughout our stay to answer questions. I would recommend staying here and hope to stay here again myself!

This was by far the most accurate listing I've experienced on VRBO, with the most accurate reviews, which had noted the amenities & owner communication in particular that caught my eye. The amenities that backed up the reviews included plenty of clean, fresh towels, lovely bath products in usable format, matching nicely laid out kitchen utensils, flatware, glassware & china, uncluttered but cozy furniture, a great layout, including living room, 3 perfectly sized bedrooms, dining area & kitchen. It was great to have a backyard for our dogs, and the description of it being walkable to shops was absolutely true. It's just around the corner from many restaurants and our favorite retail in Buckhead. For us the location was exactly what we wanted so we could be close to our family who lives there, whether we were driving or Ubering. And the residential part of the neighborhood is a lovely older area that is really charming and nice to explore. The owner, Michael, is extremely communicative, whether checking in on you to see how things are going, or answering questions during your stay. I would stay there again any time - and will as my daughter & I are now both full time in the South having relocated back from California to be closer to family.

We came into town for the Peach Bowl and this property served our needs completely! The host was very responsive and made it super easy for check in/out and responded quickly to a couple of questions we had.The appliances are all new and the beds were very comfortable. Wifi and tv were solid as well.One of the best things about this property was proximity to the MARTA Lindbergh station. We were able to get a quick ride share to the station and get to Mercedes Benz park with ease! The neighborhood is super walkable, with a lot of charming houses. A friend from work recommended nearby restaurants that were also great - we walked to Anis Cafe and Bistro, and had a quick ride to Delbar.Definitely recommend this property for a group.

Michaels place is in a great location for Buckhead! It is very close to shops, restaurants and easy access to highways if needed. The kitchen is very well stocked and it was easy to cook meals! The interior is clean and while not spacious it is very efficient! It is a duplex property so there is a neighbor sharing the building with you. We were unprepared for the smell of smoke. Also, if you choose the 1500 deposit option for this property you will have to wait 2 weeks to get it back.
