The pictures were not an accurate representation of the property. The home was dirty and poorly maintained. My original reservation was changed at the last minute, and I was told that I was being “upgraded” to an executive home. However, the master suite had an air mattress instead of a proper bed. This was misleading and completely unacceptable. Overall, it was a terrible and disappointing experience. RUN

We are sorry to see this review, but several statements do not reflect the circumstances of this reservation. The guest was informed of and agreed to the move to our executive 5-bedroom home before arrival. The property is furnished with regular beds and memory-foam mattresses; we do not provide an air mattress as the master bed. The reservation was subsequently cancelled by the guest at the last minute without prior notice to us. Despite the cancellation, the guest later entered the property without coordinating or receiving authorization from the host. Afterward, cups, debris and a full trash bin were found inside the home. Vrbo reviewed the circumstances surrounding the cancellation and waived the cancellation penalty assessed to us as the host. We take cleanliness, maintenance and the accuracy of our property descriptions seriously and have worked hard to maintain our reputation with guests. We welcome legitimate feedback and always make reasonable efforts to address concerns when they are communicated to us during an active reservation.

Host for property (Sanh) very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was as expected with property. Property worked very well for my small group attending Expo in Vegas and was central to our needs of golf courses and dining. I would recommend staying at this property as the neighborhood was nice a quiet at night and the host was great as well.

This house was perfect for us. We vacationed with 4 of our adult children and there was plenty of room. Having 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was a huge benefit. The house is decorated nicely and had everything we needed. Communication with the local host was easy and prompt. We were able to drive to the Strip or other parts of Vegas as well as take a kayak tour 45 minutes away at Emerald Cave. The centralized location was ideal for us. We also ate in Henderson a few times which saved money. I would definitely stay at this house again. It was great!

Great property for the value. Checked off what we needed and expected. Only was able to use the pool one day just because the weather wasn't cooperating with us. Other than that the pool was nice and we made use of it when we got the chance. Plenty of options close by for groceries and grabbing a bite to eat if you prefer not to cook. Only thing that was missing was pot holders that we noticed, but we made due with kitchen hand towels..

Girls Trip: A Success!

This property is very well maintained and offered a nice retreat for me and my 7 girlfriends as we celebrated a recent transition. We enjoyed the main areas where we gathered to eat as well as the pool and covered cabana.
