This is an awesome home and pool in an excellent location. We stayed for a week with our two Pomeranian little boys with all 4 of us being very happy with our choice of homes. Mike ( owner ) was Awesome and excellent to work with. We plan on renting this same location in the future. Highly recommend by us.

Perfect beach vacation

Traveled for the first time to Siesta Key with a 16 and 21 year old. House was absolutely perfect- well maintained, comfortable, everything that you could possibly want was readily available. Location was incredible-easy walk to the stunningly beautiful Siesta Key beach (they’re not kidding about the sand and the water). Michael was terrific and accessible. Dream vacation!

Great Beach Vacation

Enjoyed everything about this house, beach, and owners. Mike was very responsive and attentive. Especially loved the backyard setup with the pool, hot tub, and screened in porch. Had all the amenities as listed. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach or village. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Very dog friendly and would definitely would visit again.

We loved everything about this house. I really enjoyed the enclosed back yard ,foilage made it secluded. Location could not have been any better. Straight walk,or bike ride to beach. Firework display was right in front of us. Owner was very nice,very communicable, literally the entire stay was so nice.Cant say enough,all perfect...heres to the next time,

Outstanding Property

As the first to rent the space after the hurricanes, it was tremendous. Clean, well-kept, and updated. It's in a great location, with easy access to everything you need.

Great Location !!! Close to Beach,golf,tours,museums and restaurants.

The perfect size for us and our friends to enjoy. If it was a bad beach day we had the pool. At night we had the screened in porch . Clean and neat.

Perfect Winter Getaway!

We had such a WONDERFUL time! The owners are absolutely fabulous and SO accommodating!! They even put in a new hot tub within a couple days when it went out!! Cant say enough about how wonderful this home is! Great location and perfect for our dogs as well!! We will be back! Thank you so much!! We really don’t want to leave!!!

Perfect Location!

The location is absolutely wonderful and the house is spacious. A short walk walk to Siesta Beach and a pleasant walk or bike ride to the Village for dining. We often used the bikes that came with the house to get around, and the kids loved using them to explore the neighborhood. At the same time, the location is very quiet with little traffic. Perfect for a quiet cup of coffee in the back yard each morning. Mike and Boo were very helpful with any questions and really made our stay a pleasure. Hope that we can come back again next year.

Comfortable home

We stayed in this home for 3.5 weeks while we moved into our new home in Lakewood Ranch. The house was perfect for what we needed. It had all the comforts of home. The location in reference to the beach and downtown were great. We did not use the beach much only because we were busy with our new home. The downtown is walkable from the home, and a nice area to walk around. There are many great restaurants in the downtown too. The owner and his wife were wonderful to work with. I would recommend staying here. You will enjoy.

Private Paradise

Super clean home in the perfect location only a block and a half to the beach and about a mile to Siesta Key Village. We felt like we were on our own island. It was hard to leave the backyard because it was so big, but totally surrounded by trees and completely private. Neighborhood is very quiet. Very pet friendly, completely fenced and our 2 dogs loved it. Screened in porch was where we ate all of our meals and spent most of our time. The lap pool was fantastic because people could be in the pool but still socialize with people sitting in the porch or on the lounge chairs. Mike and Boo made everything so easy, made sure we had bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas- anything we needed. We stayed for 5 weeks and even the pool guy (came weekly) was super nice. Even better than the pictures convey. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable and lots of space

Nicely furnished and very comfortable home. Great location. Love the screened porch and swimming pool. Lots of space. Will definitely go back again. Mike and Boo were very welcoming. Our dogs loved the place.

Great Vacation

I can't say enough good about the property and property manager. The location is close to the beach and downtown area. The house was clean and very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the pool and the privacy it offered and the fenced in yard was great for the dogs. We plan to stay there again.

Great House

We had a wonderful experience. The house is cozy, clean and comfortable. The lap pool and private backyard are bliss. Beautiful Siesta beach is a five minute walk away. What more can you ask for? We'll be back!

Great location and house

I loved the location of this house! It’s great proximity to the beach. The house is big enough for a family and has everything you need for a week stay including a pretty big lap pool. The only things that irked me were I was not notified about the hot tub being broken. The point isn’t that I was planning on using the hot tub in a hot Florida summer but I still should’ve been notified prior to my arrival since I was booking the house based on the amenities offered. I think as an owner of a property you should notify the people before they get there of anything that may be broken and or missing based on what was published in an ad. That being said it wasn’t a big deal and the garage door opener also was broken and that wasn’t a big deal either. It would still be courteous to notify the clients before they arrive. We were given a tour provided by the property manager upon our arrival which was great and informative however nobody informed us of the red tide that had been occurring in the area. I think as out of town guests are arriving with no prior knowledge of such a phenomenon it would be courteous to inform them of what is going on instead of just offering info on all of the lovely beaches that are in the area but now we can no longer visit because of the red tide. All in all the vacation was so-so but mainly because the red tide ruined it as to no fault of the owner. I would hope to visit Siesta Key at a different time when I found actually utilize the beach across the street! Do your research people!

Love!

We had a wonderful time at this location. The property managers were extremely easy to work with. We wound up coming in earlier than expected so as to avoid Tropical Storm Elsa and they were wonderful about letting us check in way earlier than we expected to. Being able to cook at home and use the pool after a long day at the beach was awesome! Would definitely return! Thank you for the memories!

Perfect

We just stayed for 1 week, we loved it! It is in a quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach, perfect place eligible for free rides to nearby places too. Pool temp was always great. Beach is so beautiful!! The only thing I did not like was the room with with double beds never seemed to get cool enough even with fan on and air conditioning set low, maybe a bigger ceiling fan like others are throughout the house may work better? We brought our 2 tiny dogs and they loved it as well. Any time I messaged owner or prop manager I always got a quick response back. We can’t wait to book here next year !!

Great Location and Great Value

Mike’s house is in a great location. Short walk to the beach and the neighborhood was very quiet, nice for an evening walk or bike ride. The house itself was perfect for our group, 4 adults. Spacious but not too big, kitchen was well appointed, and of course the outside was wonderful. Very much enjoyed the pool and the lanai along with the grill! Mike and Pam were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Will absolutely be back!
