Beautiful luxury home available for the most discriminating seasonal renter. Meticulously remodeled and maintained, situated on one of the largest lots in a gated community, nestled into of the foothills above Rancho Mirage California with city light views and close up the mountain views. Gorgeous gourmet kitchen with quartz counters custom cabinetry and top-of-the-line appliances, a stack stone fireplace ascends the soaring ceiling height of the living room; a huge pool is accented by specimen desert plantings that are meticulously lit during those amazing desert evenings. The overall vibe of the home is very Palm Springs as reflected in the art, furnishings and accessories. The Home comes completely equipped for the guest with everything included: From a fully equipped kitchen to a printer in the den; laundry supplies and the bathroom supplies all included. All utilities are included also. However, there is a $300 per month threshold on the gas bill in case the guest chooses to heat the pool. A weekly housecleaning service is included also. This is a one of a kind luxury desert oasis of quality and property service for the very discriminating seasonal renter who wants the best at a reasonable price.
