Welcome to the "Edge Loop" unit at Mojoe Inn! Enjoy being in the heart of Downtown Fruita in this unique apartment. Once a hotel 100 years ago, this building has been renovated for modern guests while still maintaining original charm and a true downtown feel. Each apartment is one-of-a-kind with fun design elements and comforts including fast WIFI and on-site laundry! Walk one block to Fruita's main street and enjoy world-class mountain biking and endless outdoor recreation within minutes! This apartment is second floor with 2 bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed), beautiful bathroom and a deluxe kitchenette (mid-size fridge, full dishwasher, convection oven, hot plate). Shared garage for bike storage only. Each apartment gets one off-street parking spot; street parking also available. Pet-friendly with pet fee (please pick up pet waste!).

Stayed one night while traveling through. Great location, plenty of space, and pet friendly. There was a nice yard to walk pets and even a pet waste clean up station! Parking was plentiful and there was even enough parking for our humongous U-Haul on the street. Near quaint shops and tons of public art to look at. Easy access to freeway. I’d stay again!

Great set up, comfortable and convenient. Be aware of stairs to access the unit, I missed that somewhere. All and all this worked out great. I need a knee replacement but enjoyed my say

This is a wonderful property. Decorated so cute super comfortable well equipped with everything you need. Quiet dog friendly had a nice dog run area. That’s fully fenced. Parking was easy host was very responsive. When we texted her would definitely go back. Fruta is a beautiful little town. Everything was in a walking distance.
