❤️ Efficient baseboard heating system and and "Evaporative Cooling System" - An Evaporative Cooler lowers the air temperature by passing outdoor air over water soaked pads and then pulling the cooled evaporated air into the home. Evaporative cooling systems can be used effectively in the dry desert air of Mesa County. Operating instructions are included in the home but does require a window or two to be cracked open to allow for circulation. This cooling effect will achieve similar home temperatures as other forms of cooling, however the air may feel more humid and be louder (due to the fan) than refrigerated air units.

Quaint apartment with easy walking distance to some food and local shops. Perfect for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and a couple of kids.

Great spot!

Stayed here for the CO2UT race and it was perfect. Storage shed for bikes/gear. Clean, easy to find, and walkable to downtown!

Location Location Location

Great stay, enjoyed the welcome basket. We came for the UTMB run and we were able to walk to all the events and restaurants. Home has everything you need and there is a dog park nearby.
