Beautiful place. Great location, being close to Denver and yet up in the mountains, close to trails and an abundance of nature. Very responsive hosts and a great place for friends and family to stay.
This home was the perfect getaway for my husband and me, our daughter, son in law, and 11 month old granddaughter, and our son and his dog. There was plenty of room for everyone. The entire house is beautiful and very clean. The backyard space is amazing including a hot tub, fire pit, and a comfortable deck! The guys went to Deckers to fly fish - less than 45 minutes away. We all enjoyed playing pool and air hockey in the evenings. Elizabeth was an exceptional host, answering our questions and checking in to see if we needed anything. The homeowners did a wonderful job updating and furnishing this home and we appreciate them allowing us to enjoy it!
Elizabeth went above and beyond as a host. The house was just perfect for my family of 7! House is updated, stocked with everything we needed, and beautiful! Pool, hot tub, and some wildlife (mule deer!) that came and hung out in the front and back yard!!! I highly recommend Elizabeth and this comfy home!!!!!! We'll be back! Colorado was amazing!!!!
We came for a VERY much needed getaway with our boys and dogs, as well as for my husband's birthday! It was perfect in every way! I loved being able to be spread out and not feel lole we were on top of each other, but also loved how easily fitting us all in one room. It was very clean and there was no evidence of previous pets! My 2 dogs LOVED the backyard and I was very grateful that it was fenced in! We do plan to come back in the summer! We have all the confidence and reasons to do so!
We had such a wonderful stay! The house was exactly what we needed as we were preparing for our daughter’s wedding at a nearby venue. It was a lovely home and was so comfortable and cozy. It had everything we needed and then some…we didn’t miss a beat during our nearly 3 week stay. Even our pup, who is 12 yrs old & very picky, settled in immediately and especially enjoyed laying out on the deck watching the mule deer roam freely in the back yard. There were so many amenities…hot tub, fire pit, pool & air hockey tables, beer & wine fridges, amazing kitchen…we could have holed up there comfortably for months! But our favorite was actually the fact they had DirectTV!!! We have stayed at several VRBOs and this is the only one that made it so easy to watch sports & our regular programs…thank you! And Beth, the local co-host, was such a pleasure to work with. Our only hiccup was getting the small wedding stuff delivered to the home instead of the locked mailbox cluster…however Beth was all over it and helped us get that worked out very quickly…thank you, BethWe would definitely recommend this home to anyone & everyone! Oh, and the town of Bailey was darling. Our fav cafe for breakfast/lunch was Cutthroat Cafe & for dinner was 2 Dads Eatery & Taproom!

Hi Pat thank you for letting me know. I believe we had a network issue. Luckily we have a backup code for you to use, and the issue was resolved quickly once you arrived. We also only provide one body towel and one hot tub towel, to keep our cleaning fees at a minimum. Unfortunately there is no way to have laundry service in our rural area, and all laundry must be done on site between guests by our cleaners. With 5 beds, duvets, and 16 towels it’s a tight squeeze! I hope this helps! We appreciate your feedback and hope you can stay with us again!
