Beautiful, upscale, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath villa with individual bathrooms, multiple kitchens, and all resort amenities, including pools, and gym. Access to multiple golf locations with big discounts, access to Kings Mill resort included—next door to Water Country USA, five minutes to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg. Booking is available for 3-6 nights.
This beautiful villa sleeps 14 and consists of 3 attached units. Each unit has its own kitchen living room and baths. Perfect for large families and groups. Upscale resort with 3 outdoor pools and one indoor pool, activities, golf, and kids' playgrounds. Outlet shopping is nearby, and close to Williamsburg Pottery Factory. History is at your doorstep, with Colonial Williamsburg 5 minutes away and Yorktown and Jamestown within a 15-minute drive.

Great property and location

We enjoyed our stay. Units were very clean and comfortable. Reserving the property was a little challenging because we rented several and they were cancelled due to not being available. HOWEVER, Pam contacted me immediately and offered a solution. She went above and beyond making sure our units were close in proximity and kept in contact with us through check in offering us to contact her with any issues. Check in process was easy but front desk personnel were heavily pushing attendance for the timeshare presentation. The location of the property was convenient to all the attractions and downtown. Units were comfortably furnished and the necessities were provided. We only used the indoor pool and the air was very stuffy and lacked ventilation. The outdoor pools looked nice but weather did not permit use of them. Overall it was a great experience and the property owner was great! I would definitely rent here again.
