Welcome to The Mod Spot, a luxurious Palm Springs oasis. This stunning, newly-renovated home was built in 1957 and is a true mid-century home. You will love the huge 48ft. wraparound pool, hot tub and loads of amenities! With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, this is the perfect home for enjoying the sun-drenched lifestyle that is Palm Springs .

Relax among the carob trees on one of the many poolside loungers or enjoy a fire in the outdoor living space while basking in luxury. You won't want to leave!

The Mod Spot is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath dream home that was built and designed by Jack Meiselman in 1957, with a total renovation completed in 2017. Walk into the home and you immediately view the sparkling blue pool. It's 48 ft. long, with stairs on each end. It's perfect for doing laps or just floating the day away!

From the shade of the two mature Carob Trees, or from the sun drenched vintage-style swimming pool, just lay back and take in the majestic mountain views and features of this gorgeous, 2500 sq. foot home. There are mountain views from the north and all the way down to the south end of the range. It's spectacular! There is also plenty of outdoor lounging and two dining tables for el fresco dinners.

In the main house, enjoy the new white on white, fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with an easy flow to the dining area and living room and outdoor area. On those cooler evenings, you can light the see-through fireplace or on warmer evenings, push back the sliders and have that indoor/outdoor experience that is pure desert luxury!

The self-contained ‘Studio Lounge’ is attached to the main house and has its own bedroom w/ queen bed, bathroom and kitchen & living areas. Perfect privacy for those that want their own space!
