Love this house!

We have stayed at this house multiple times with friends. The pool and hot tub are great, the yard spacious with plenty of outdoor furniture, the house roomy and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for walking and close to stores..Perfect for relaxing in sunny Palm Springs.

Perfect Midcentrury Modern Palm Springs retreat

We absolutely loved the property. This home is a time capsule with some modern amenities. Our group loved the privacy and seclusion we felt staying at home. Definitely will be returning for another getaway!

Wonderful house in great location

The photos in the listing are representative of the house. We loved the location of the property (within walking distance of amenities of south palm springs) and the property felt very private. Communication with property manager was seamless.

First time for an extended stay in Palm Springs. Close to downtown, shopping, grocery, and located in a beautiful neighborhood. So many things to do and very easy to get around. Would go back again.

a perfect Covid-era celebration

I came with my sister and our spouses to celebrate our dad’s 95th (!) birthday. At Pozo Profundo, we found a perfect situation— plenty of space, a well appointed kitchen, endless options, fantastic location. We celebrated Dad in grand style (maintaining social distancing of course)! Many thanks for a memorable stay!

Look forward to returning

An oasis in the Desert! All ratings are 5 stars except for the online listing. Photos don't do justice. It looks slightly dated and worn in photos, but is not at all the case. Everyone's jaw hit the floor when we walked in. The living area is massive, bedrooms are cozy. The yard is magical!

Week in the Sun

The house is in a great location. Awesome neighborhood and access to downtown Palm Springs and lots of hiking. The house is nice and wide open with fun pool and hot tub. The fire pit is super nice and fun in the evening. The only down side is some of the doors and windows did not open. The beds in the 2 smaller bedrooms were not comfortable. The bathroom door in the master did not open and close - slider. The one bike had flat tires that were not able to inflate. We did enjoy our stay but just for future guests. We really loved the access to town and easy to walk.

Oasis in the Sun

Pozo Profundo was everything our group was hoping for! The house was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels, paper supplies, and soap products, clean and warm pool and spa, and comfortable furniture indoors and outdoors. The kitchen has everything you need and more to cook your meals at home. The yard/pool area is very private and the house is located in a quiet neighborhood not far from grocery and other stores. Ric was very helpful on check in and answered immediately when we had a question. We highly recommend this property and hope that we can return next year!

Fabulous

We had a fantastic time at this property. The property manager was wonderful and quick to respond to us. the pool is wonderfully heated for wintertime enjoyment, the hot tub was great and we really enjoyed eating around the fantastic fire pit while grilling out, as well. Some have mentioned in previous reviews about frayed linens; all seemed new and in good shape. The decor is not important to us since we are there to be outside but as far as the bones the layout is outstanding and the bathrooms are so fabulously original Mid Century Modern! The pool area is very private but still maintaining views of the mountains. They have a new dishwasher and pretty much everything you need. The cupboards have some provisions but random items left by previous guests so bring any specifics you feel you need. We enjoyed riding the bikes around and got take out at Elmer's our first night - you can walk there. Our only note to the manager was that the King bed rests against the wall of the queen room and our son could hear us talking through the wall and every time we rolled over and we could hear him too - I mentioned it would be helpful to move the bed under the window for better mountain views from bed and more sound privacy, but that was minor. The only downer was some people rifled through our car - it's a safe neighborhood but being a tourist town this happens a lot. We live in Park City, UT and the same thing happens often here. I accidentally left it unlocked while we were getting ready to head out - never do that - and apparently left my wallet in there - never do that either - so just got unlucky. Keep your car locked and valuables inside. I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was and if your concerned about art work on the walls on vacation then book a hotel! This place is fabulous!!!

Excellent property in a great location. Central Palm Springs.

The property is so well equipped that there’s really no need to leave. There’s a Ralph’s Fresh Fare less than 1 mile away. The pool is perfect. The house is well equipped for relaxation with some great Art Deco touches. Ric was superb at making sure we had everything we needed 24/7. Many thanks to property management again! Your house rocks!

Great Summertime / COVID19 Escape

We swam ALL day, starting at 7am to 8pm, ending each night in the hot tub. The only thing that would keep us from renting this property again is the pool needs to be resurfaced. It is very rough and with young kids, they tore their toes up bouncing around. The bathrooms are definitely a little dated, but they are upfront about this in the listing.

Deep well ranch

Property had a nice sized pool. The house is nice and has a lot of potential, but needs upgrades. The house and pool were clean, but the house had some major issues. Linens on beds are old and full of worn thread bumps, bathroom towels had holes and frayed edges, single pane windows left bedrooms much warmer than rest of house, and my daughter woke up to worms and a cockroach in her bed. After all the fees and insurance you have to purchase, the cost of this rental was nearly double the advertised price, and we feel more than the house warranted.

The patio, pool, spa, and outstanding mountain views make this a great place.

The outdoor spaces and the views, including those from inside the house, are very special. The house is comfortable and spacious with a large living room and two seating areas—one by a TV, the other by the handsome and cozy stone fireplace. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas range. The three bedrooms and three baths have not been updated but are comfortable WiFi works well indoors and outdoors. Ric and his staff were very responsive to a problem with the water heater for the spa. It was replaced within a day. The Deepwell neighborhood is a great place for easy walks among mid-century homes. The area is quiet. We stayed six weeks and had a great time.
