The Space:

Backyard Bedroom: Double bed (converted storage shed; please note all bathrooms are in the main house)

The open-concept living and dining areas are perfect for gatherings, complete with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals. The Villa also includes:
A game room with a pool table and cinema screen for fun-filled evenings.
A BBQ grill for outdoor dining enthusiasts.
High-speed Wi-Fi and the latest streaming services to stay connected and entertained.

Additional Details:
Pool Heating: Available for $109 per night, with prior notice of 24-48 hours required to ensure the pool is ready for your enjoyment.
Parking: Free parking for 2 cars on the premises, plus ample free street parking.

The Neighborhood:
Here are the rules for the City Of Palm Springs:

- No Music or sounds are allowed outside AT ANYTIME.
- Quiet time 10PM - 10AM.
- No Smoking outside.
- No Parties.
The city will call the police if they get any complaints about loud noise. The city gives a citation of $500 & requires ID.
The city is very serious about no noise outside at anytime. Recently a guest was fined $500 for playing music at 2pm in the afternoon. And they will come back and fine you again if noise continues.

Other Things to Note:
The primary occupant making the reservation must be at least 25 years old. By proceeding with the reservation, a valid ID will be required to be uploaded. A lease agreement must be signed accompanied by a government-issued ID (driver's license, ID card, passport...) after the confirmation of the reservation and prior to the arrival.

- To ensure the Villa is always at its best, our pool cleaner will visit the property on Wednesday and Saturday between 7:00AM-1:00PM. They will access the Villa without prior notice to the guests.
- Due to continuous strong winds in the Palm Springs area, we have discontinued the use of umbrellas in the backyards. As they break and blow away with the wind, they are more of a danger to our guests than helpful.
- We want our guests to feel comfortable and have a safe stay. There is a security camera located at the front entrance facing outside, recording 24/7.
- Due to a regulation of the city of Palm Springs that requires the registration of tourists in vacation rentals, a lease agreement must be signed accompanied by a government-issued ID (driver's license, ID card, passport...) after the confirmation of the reservation and prior to the arrival.


Policies:
- Make sure to thoroughly read and understand our cancellation policy before booking. The refund amount is determined by our policy. You can find it at the bottom of the listing.
- If you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us and we will check availability. Please keep in mind that early check-in/check-out cannot be guaranteed, and that there is an extra charge.
- Delivery of packages before check-in/arrival is not permitted. The host is not responsible or liable for the acceptance, damage, or loss of any mail, packages, or other deliveries sent to the property.

House Rules:
- Due to Palm Springs law, the first and last name of every guest bust me provided to the host before arrival to the Villa.
- Please be sure you have added the correct number of guests in order to see the correct price. Additional overnight guests won’t be authorized.
- We care about respecting the city rules and being outstanding members of the community, so music and/or loud noises are not allowed at any time. We have a noise detector located in the living room and one in the patio to only measure decibels and detect higher than normal levels of noise so you can avoid any disagreement with neighbors and/or the city hall.
- Enforcing the same city rules, there are quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am.
