This lovely New Seabury home is located in one of the most desirable and private neighborhoods on Cape Cod.

Enjoy the open concept main floor with a newly updated kitchen. Featuring two sitting areas, there is plenty of room for you and your guests to relax. Spend the day enjoying your private heated pool and spacious deck and brand new 6-person hot tub. Cook dinner for your guests on the grill, or head to nearby Mashpee Commons, featuring some of the best dining and shopping on the Cape. South Cape Beach, with its warm south side water, is just 1.6 miles away.

The upper level features three bedrooms and two full baths. The main level has the two living areas, kitchen and dining plus a powder room. With Central A/C, a large pool, outdoor shower, new decks and a brand new 6 person hot tub, this is a great home for your Cape Cod vacation.

Wonderful house with great amenities! The house was very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms could use an update but were very clean and water pressure was excellent. The outdoor space with large heated pool and hot tub were amazing! Loved our stay and highly recommend.

Wonderful property

It was a great location. The house was lovely clean inviting everything you could possible need.We had a great time our son and fiancée came from California and enjoyed the amenities. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it. The owners are very nice and helpful.

A Restful Oasis

We had a wonderful stay at Emily and Doug's. The pictures in the listing did not lie. The house was clean, modern, and close to the Commons. We had lovely weather, and thanks to a fantastic pool and outdoor area, we barely left.

Convenient Home w/Pool Close to So Much

Just wrapped up an amazing week at this New Seabury beauty! Amazing location within 10 minutes of grocery store, ample shopping, and multiple beaches. We were a party of 6 (parents, two teen girls and a friend each). Amazing downstairs layout with two living rooms (smart tv in each), fully stocked updated kitchen (all the appliances including Vitamix blender for the ever important breakfast smoothie) and half bath with LG washer and dryer. Upstairs there were 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 baths that could accomodate 5 women getting ready! Outdoor deck and pool were an added bonus for relaxing after the beach or when part of the group did not want to do the beach that day. We loved the hot tub as well. There was a little bump in the access code on arrival, but Emily was very responsive over text and we got it straightened out immediately. We will certainly be coming back!

All You Could Want in a Cape Code Getaway

This house was beautifully decorated, immaculate, and had every amenity we would ever need. Highlights include: INSIDE Two living rooms which was convenient with kids. The couches were extremely comfortable. The modern kitchen has everything/gadget you can think of. The table is awesome; it even expands – I would love to own one. There are two sets of stairs to access the upstairs bedrooms but they are very easy to climb with railings and a landing between the two sets. The rooms are big and the beds are super comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. A box fan was available which is a plus. The water pressure in the bathrooms was excellent. Small plus is owner allows guests to leave useful/unused items behind for next guests. Check before you shop - there was soap, spices, paper towel, cleaning products, bug spray, & much more. OUTSIDE The pool is BIG and the temperature is perfect. Plenty of pool toys available for the kids. The hot tub is new and roomy. There is plenty of seating on the deck, gorgeous flowers and landscaping help make it an oasis. The location couldn't be better - the Popponesset area is an easy 20 minute walk/3 minute drive. Everything else is a short drive away. (Kids loved Wicked Waves Water Park, and Sundae School Ice Cream worth the drive.) One of our family members is in local real estate. He was surprised we got such a great rate considering the amenities and location. The host is very responsive - just ask!

As wikipedia notes, Mashpee /'mæ?pi/ is a town in Barnstable County, Massachusetts, United States, on Cape Cod. The population was 15,060 as of 2020.[1] The town is the site of the headquarters and most members of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe, one of two federally recognized Wampanoag groups.

As part the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' mission to support the creation, management, and dissemination of cultural heritage materials, we acknowledge Indigenous Peoples as the traditional stewards of the land, and the enduring relationship that exists between them and their traditional territories.
