The property was a beautifully decorated, clean, historic home with modern conveniences close to King Street with all the restaurants and shops. It was also a short drive from the airport, aquarium, museums, marina, beaches. The home had kitchen appliances and supplies, stackable washer/dryer, comfortable king bed in master bedroom and comfortable queen beds in the two remaining bedrooms. Lovely living room and spacious dining room and a cute porch to enjoy morning coffee. It had 2 bathrooms with guest travel size shampoo, conditioners, soaps. The host was responsive and check in and check out was seamless. I have traveled extensively and I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful property in great location. We arrived early and did not expect to check in yet but staff was on property - and property was ready - so we were allowed early entry which we much appreciated! Water in sinks did not heat up very well but showers provided plenty of hot water. We would love to return some time in the future.

The house was perfect for our girls get away! It is in a great location with easy walking to the historic area and many cute restaurants near the house. It was clean and well stocked! Loved the porch. Communication from the host was very good…they responded right away! The hot water was an issue….took a long time to heat up. Use the sound machine and/or fan in the bedrooms to lessen the garbage trucks at 5:30 in the morning…finally figured out they do help. I would stay in this location again! Thank you!

The property was perfect for our family stay in Charleston. We stayed with my son’s family. He has a baby and it was very easy to help babysit and spend time together. The bathrooms and kitchen are new and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped! Has everything we needed including washer dryer, dishwasher, high end appliances. The dining room was quite large and comfortable. There is a small grocery store across the street which made food and drinks even easier. There is a walk up window at the restaurant around the corner with coffee and gelato until 11pm! Really great location only a few blocks from Kings Street which was perfect. Kings street is very crowded and I wouldn’t have wanted to stay right there. My daughter-in-law loved the fact that she could walk to sites from Southern Charm Show. All close by. We had a car because of the baby, but we barely used it. Walking was easy and weather was great. There is parking onsite. We also used Baby Quip to add crib and other baby items. Stay Duvet worked seamlessly with them to have delivery before we arrived. Stay Duvet was always very responsive to any questions and the landlord was very generous to allow us a later checkout to accommodate the baby and our brunch! The rental had AC and ceiling fans in all bedrooms that worked really well. Plenty of towels too. There is an ironing board and a steamer. There are two tvs. I never had an issue with shower but my son said it got cold sometimes. We stayed 8 days and was great!

Family Trip to CHS

The Newberry was perfect for our family of four! Extremely clean, spacious bedrooms and it was really nice to have the dining room. Lots of cute restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

Listing was just as described! There were plenty of towels and kitchen items. Host was very responsive anytime I reached out - before, during, and after our stay. Home was in a great location. Would definitely rent here again for our next family trip!

Great Stay

Wonderful heritage suite with three spacious bedrooms set in a great neighbourhood. A bit of a walk to the downtown heritage area but the walk is enjoyable and passes by historic houses. Place was clean and well equipped. Would happily stay again.

This apartment is attractive, comfortable, and well maintained. It has parking in the rear for 2 vehicles. This is important because there is no parking for guests (like us) on the busy strèet in front.The neighborhood is primarily residential and about a 10 minute drive to the historic area.

Family trip to Charleston!

This property was absolutely immaculate and beautiful. Loved the location, easy walking to downtown. Plenty of space for family of 5. Loved enjoying a drink on the spacious porch. Very responsive property manager. Great parking for 2 cars. We left behind a pair of diamond earrings and they were promptly located and we were provided with an easy return process!! Would definitely stay again!

Great property, good size bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, 20 minute walk to downtown but less than 5 mins to coffeeshops and local restaurants and bars. Clean and tidy. Great communication

Charming Place

The house was very cute and clean. Fully stocked house, they even had bug spray available and you're gonna need it in Charleston. Parking was a little bit of an issue. There were two spots available, which was nice, but we just parked one vehicle and used ours the whole time. It was very tight. The street this house is on is very busy at certain times of the day as well.
