This home is located in an exclusive, secluded area, bordering the famous Whitefish Dunes State Park (1000 acre park). Secluded, yet only 15 minutes from the quaint village shops. Hike or bike right out your front door! Enjoy a private sand beach or enjoy miles of public beaches.

Huge Game room offers: Seven foot pool table, ping pong table, full-size air hockey, Foosball table, electronic dart board, Full size (9' long) shuffle board table, card table and chairs, 32 inch TV, play station 2, toys for kids, sofa and chair.

Large great room offers: cozy fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, 42 flat panel TV with cable and a DVD player and stereo with Wi-fi.

Fees:

  • Refundable Damage Deposit $500
  • Tax Rate 11%

Notes:

Cleaning Fees extra. The cleaning service is at $25.00 an hour. There will always be a charge but the cleaner you leave it the less it will cost. The reason for the cleaning charge is we don’t know how the last renters cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen so our cleaner goes over those areas and sanitizes those areas for the next renters, just to make sure! Cleaning usually ranges from 3 to 6 hours depending how clean the cottage is left. The cleaning will be taken out of your Damage deposit.

We supply pillows, blankets and comforters. You can bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels etc. or we offer a “Linen Service", which is $150.00. The linen service included sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes for all guests. We also supply dish towels and bath mats in the Linen Fee. Bed Sizes: 1 king, 3 Queen, and 7 Twins. If you choose the Linen Service we will send you a separate payment request for a $150.00 or request it in the initial payment
