Villa Veronica, near Portisco, is a vacation home sits on a ridge approximately 400 feet above sea level and 1,5 mile (just 5 mins drive) from "Rena Bianca" beach, with an amazing pool of 60 square meters and breathtaking views over the Costa Smeralda.
From the living areas inside and the large garden (about 700 square meters) you can see the characteristic Sardinian landscape with an open view of the entire coast from Cala di Volpe and Porto Cervo to the Mortorio island.
Inside:
- 4 bedrooms with aircon (two of which with sea view), double or two twin beds, sofa bed, wardrobe and bedside tables;
- 3 bathrooms with shower, wc, bidet and wash stand
- Comfortable living room/dining area with large sofa and armchairs, TV-Sat, aircon, cupboard. Dining area boasting a large table that can comfortably seat 8;
- fully equipped kitchen: large cooker with sink, oven, hob with 5 rings, coffee machine, coffee pot (Italian Moka), extralarge fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine (outdoor), iron, ironing board. Equipped with plates, glasses, cups, toaster, kettle, cutlery etc.

Outside:
- 60 mq private infinity pool with sea view, perfectly cleaned and monitored twice a week by the best specialist company in the Costa Smeralda;
- outdoor shower;
- 700 mq private enclosed garden of around the property with special uninterrupted views of the bay;
- Flowering plants, rocks and outdoor lighting;
- 2 benches and 4 sun loungers;
- Huge BBQ built in Sardinian style;
- Covered parking area (3 cars).

Important notes.
1) Check-in and Check-out Times: to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we have established the following check-in and check-out times:
- Check-in: 1:30 PM (giving you plenty of time to settle in and enjoy lunch at the villa!)
- Check-out: 9:00 AM.
We kindly ask that you adhere to these times STRICTLY, as we are UNABLE to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs.
Due to the high demand for our villa and the need to prepare it thoroughly for each guest, our cleaning team requires this timeframe to ensure the villa is immaculate and welcoming for every arrival. This includes meticulous cleaning of all indoor spaces, as well as maintaining the garden and pool area to the highest standards.
While we understand that these times may require some planning on your part, we believe that our commitment to providing a consistently clean and comfortable environment for all our guests is essential. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
2) Pets: pets are welcome! Please select the pet option during booking to add the pet fee.
3) Water: Water is supplied by a private artesian well and is suitable for all household uses, however, it isn't potable.
4) Electricity: the rental fee includes 100 kilowatts of electricity per week. Usage exceeding this amount will be charged at €0.50 per kilowatt, based on meter readings
5) Internet: free Wi-Fi is provided with speeds up to 20 mbps.
6) Laundry: washing machine is available for your use and is located in a covered laundry area outside.
7) Linen: for your convenience, fresh linens and towels are delivered in sealed bags from our laundry service. Should you prefer to have the beds made up in advance of your arrival, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
8) Privacy and Assistance: The owner occasionally resides in a separate apartment adjacent to the villa. Rest assured, your privacy is ensured with a private entrance to the fully fenced garden and pool area, along with mature hedges and trees for added seclusion. While respecting your privacy, the owner is available on-site should you require any assistance during your stay. Please note that the pool and garden areas are for the exclusive use of villa guests.
