Was für ein wunderbares Haus! In den Bergen gelegen mit einem wundschönen Blick. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt nichts an Ausstattung. Fast immer weht ein leichtes Lüftchen, so daß man es auch an sehr warmen Tagen gut aushalten kann. Der Pool hat einen tolle Größe selbst wenn man gerne Bahnen schwimmet. 10 Minuten braucht man mit dem Auto bis ans Meer. Nette und teilweise sehr gute Restaurants gibt es in der direkten Umgebung (auch ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto). Wir können dieses Domizil jedem der in Ruhe Urlab auf Sardinien machen möchte nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Charmante maison avec une âme . Jolie decoration avec des peintures du propriétaire un peu partout et un tres beau telescope pour regarder les etoiles le soir .La maison est isolée au bout d un long chemin , en hauteur, avec une vue panoramique magnifique . Il y a 2 chambres à l etage avec des lits doubles et 2 salle d eau dont 1 séparée de la chambre et en sous sol il y a 1 grande chambre - studio avec sa salle d eau et une grande baie vitree.On a adoré les exterieurs avec une tres grande terrasse abritée et la magnifique piscine tout en longueur de 20 m avec une vue Au total calme , vue magnifique et maison tres joliment decoree. On reviendra sans hesiter Les points moins agreables ont ete une arrivée de nuit qui a été difficile ( mauvaise localisation du GPS ) et la climatisation defaillante .

Lovely if it fits your plans

This place is in heavens, 180m above sea level. Amazing views from the terrace and the pool. Hidden from sight, dreamy atmosphere both outside in the garden and inside in the living room. I would want to own such a house. But at the same time, there are some things that are a problem for a 1 week rental visitor. For instance, as mentioned by many the road to get there from the main road is brutal. Narrow and with 20 degree incline. My wife was seriously scared to drive there. The bushes scratched my car on both sides, and I just ended up accepting that as part of the experience. Secondly, since its high up, the wind is strong most of the time, that makes pool cold for kids and not a place to hang around all day. But then again, the view, the atmosphere and the small details make it a special place to stay. If you can live with the limitations then this is the place to go!

In questo luogo magico e fuori dal tempo, abbiamo trascorso momenti speciali. Abbiamo goduto di ogni singolo angolo di questa dimora, intrisa di arte e passione.

Wonderful, secluded retreat

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at this property for 11 days with our 6 month old son. The house was spotlessly clean, very well kitted out and the views were stunning. I have to say i don't think the photos of the property on the website do it anywhere near justice for the reality that it is. One word of advice - the property is situated about 1.5km along a private road/dirt track which involves going up a pretty steep incline. If you hire a car, make sure you get one with decent ground clearance and a decent sized engine! 5/5 though and I suspect one day we will return.

Stunning mountain scenery, beautiful well-equipped villa

Fantastic views of surrounding mountains. Large pool. Light breeze every day. Wonderful tranquillity. The first couple of drives up the very steep twisting 2k track were a bit scary but we got used to it and had a powerful car to help. Beautiful, well equipped house - everything you could possibly need. A great holiday.

La maison est magnifique ainsi que la vue . C est très calme et la maison très bien équipée. Il faut juste savoir que la route pour y acceder est très pentue et sportive dans la montagne ( en haut d une coline ) et donc il faut une bonne voiture puissante . Sinon c est un lieu magnifique. Le soucis est surtout le vent quand le mistral souffle tout claque car on est pas du tout protégé du vent mais c'est les aléas du climat. A conseiller entre amis et familles avec enfant car en bas une chambre est en fait un petit studio tout équipé parfait pour une famille avec petit enfant . La piscine est très belle et à une vue a couper le souffle. Juste de vrai transats seraient appréciés car c est plutôt des chaises que des transats et on ne peu pas se coucher vraiment. On a beaucoup aimé .

Ferien wie zu Hause mit einmaliger Kulisse

Schon beim Betreten der Räumlichkeiten haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr persönlich und stilsicher eingerichtet - einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Zudem war alles sehr sauber - generell ist das gesamte Anwesen in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand, vom Garten über den Pool bis hin zur Inneneinrichtung. Wir wurden von einer sehr netten Dame empfangen, die uns über das gesamte Anwesen geführt und alles erklärt hat. Alles war bestens vorbereitet und wir wurden über die ganze Mietdauer (2 Wochen) bestens betreut. Der Pool mit der einmaligen Aussicht, die schönen Stände der Costa Smeralda und die Abendessen auf der schönen Terrasse haben die Tage wie im Fluge vergehen lassen. In Summe kann ich das Objekt jedem empfehlen. Wir werden uns sicher dort wieder einmieten.
