We truly wish you had reached out to us during your stay, as we may have been able to address the issue directly with the upstairs guests. In fact, our house rules specifically request that upstairs guests be mindful of sound, and we’re always available to step in and assist when needed. The guests upstairs were only staying for the weekend and are NOT permanent residents. For a quieter experience, we always recommend booking one of our upstairs units if sensitivity to slight noise is a concern. We appreciate your kind words about the unit itself and its location.
