This updated two-bedroom, one-bathroom, ground-floor condo sleeps four across a king bed and a queen bed. Ideally located, this condo is a short walk to Ten Mile Creek, Frisco Main Street, and the free Summit Stage bus. It is also minutes from the Frisco Bay Marina, and the Frisco Adventure Park. You are never far from the shopping, dining and activities that Frisco has to offer! This unit's central location also makes for quick and convenient access to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail ski areas.
The full-size kitchen offers granite countertops, a coffee maker and coffee, and all the essential cookware + tableware to make a delicious meal. Enjoy your meal at the breakfast bar, which seats four. The living area includes a wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV, and comfortable, modern furnishings. Head outside to the patio to soak in the crisp mountain air.
The spacious primary bedroom is located down the hall behind the living room and features a king-size bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, modern decor, and a rocking chair. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, a Smart TV, and a dresser. The shared bathroom is tastefully updated and includes a shower/tub combination, and a bidet. For your convenience, the bathroom is stocked with an initial supply of toiletries.

We had a wonderful stay! The check in instructions were clear and the place was in a great location for us getting to the slopes! This place was priced right and offered mostly everything we look for when booking for a snowboarding trip!
Everything was as pictured. The location was great & close to everything we had planned. Only downside was the upstairs neighbor woke up at 6:00 AM every morning and stomped around getting ready for their day. It was so loud & almost felt intentional. So if you don’t mind, it’s completely fine.
Had a great stay! Very walkable to downtown Frisco. Clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

This rental has everything needed to feel like home. The management was very responsive for our questions. We stayed for a ski trip and it’s close to the mountains. The only thing we didn’t like was the noise from upstairs. We can hear people talking, dog running and maybe something sliding from upstairs from the main bedroom. I guess there is not much they can do about it but that’s something to be aware of.
Secluded and quiet, but only a short walk to restaurants, bars, and shops along Main Street in Fresco! This condo has everything you need for a great stay. Be sure to check out nearby Tavern West for a great meal!
The property was clean and well appointed and an easy walk to Main Street. We had a nice stay! There is a big kitchen if you want to cook. The cons were the unit is a garden level and the units are not well insulated from each other for sound. You will hear your neighbors.

Overall a bad experience, poorly maintained and not clean. No free firewood, ran out of basic supplies, clogged bathtub. The overall feel of the unit is that it’s equipped with the cheapest possible equipment, furniture etc. The bathroom fan sounds like a jet engine! The thermostats are linited to 68 degrees, so it was chilly in the unit. We arrived on time to find the cleaners still in the unit, we had to wait in the car fort hem to finish up. As a result we asked for a late check out to find they could only offer the standard hour. Most frustrating was the unhelpful texts we got, asking if there is anything they can do, to find there is nothing they can do.

The day of your arrival was one of the busiest days of the year across Summit County, with our housekeeping team completing over 200 departures and arrivals. While our team worked diligently to have all units ready as close to check-in time as possible, we regret that your unit was not available right at your scheduled arrival and that you had to wait briefly in your car.
We would also like to note that the only concern reported to our team during your stay was the delayed check-in. The additional issues mentioned in your review were not brought to our attention until after check-out. Had we been made aware of concerns such as the clogged bathtub, supplies, cleanliness, temperature, or maintenance items while you were in-house, our on-site team would have been happy to assist and address them promptly.
Regarding the late check-out request, we were limited to offering our standard one-hour extension due to incoming reservations that same day.
We’re sorry that our communication felt unhelpful and that your overall experience was frustrating. Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so these items can be reviewed and improvements considered. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know and regret that your stay fell short of expectations.

We showed up at 4:30 Friday (check in time) and had to spend 48 minutes on the phone with the property manager to finally get the correct code for entry. It was pretty wild in my opinion that no one knew the code for entry and that there was also no emergency access into the unit. Also, this is a bottom floor unit and the person who lives above woke up at 5am Saturday and Sunday. You can hear everything that happens above which was not ideal. The space itself was clean and fine, typical 80s condo in the mountains. Given the above, I would not recommend staying here given the price and overall experience we had.

Sibling trip! My brother has a place local and my two sisters and o stayed at this fantastic VRBO. We could meet up w/ my brother and we did several outings to Loveland Pass, Brick, took in live music on Main Street Frisco Thursday nite as well as a concert at Dillon amphitheater. Main Street shops/ restaurants were great to explore. Perfect place to come back at the end of our day and get a comfy nights sleep

We had a great 3-night stay here. We skied at Vail and Beaver Creek during the day (30-40 min drive ) and enjoyed the laidback, casual environment of Frisco in the evenings. The property was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.
Had a lovely girls weekend ski getaway. It was a convenient location to so many resorts. The space was cozy for us and the kitchen had everything we needed for making a few meals. Highly recommend!
Only small hitch was the code to get in was not correct the first day, but one call cleared it up. Place was great.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental.
