Avian Forest is a quiet delightful community equipped with a pool as well as access to the amenities in Litchfield By the Sea. The property features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with full size stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, washer/dryer, Hardwood and tile floors throughout. Additional features are a screened in porch, wifi, and cable TV in the living and all bedrooms, access to a garage which can be used for golf cart parking. Being just 1.5 miles away from the beach via car, this unit has lots of space and is perfect for one family or even two.

Pool was directly across the street , and never crowded. Beach access was super easy, just about a mile away & plenty of parking. Plenty of Grocery stores & restaurants within 5 miles of condo. will book again next year! Management company was very quick to help with anything!

Comfortable and Spacious Stay
Great condo for a mid-size group! All the rooms and beds were very spacious. Kitchen and living areas were also very nice and had a great flow to the space. The only thing that might be an issue is that we had to be mindful of the people staying in the condo below us….sound proofing wasn’t that great.
