Located in Sugar Beach Condominiums, unit 112 is a roomy ground floor studio sits directly on the beach. Queen bed, 2 nightside tables, double dresser with TV, love seat and two cushioned swivel bar stools at the breakfast bar - and a writing/computer desk. Enclosed beachfront patio with round table at least 2 dining chairs and a comfortable reading chair. Vanity area leading to the tub/shower bathroom and toilet. Recently refurbished by owner. Tastefully furnished with fully equipped kitchen etc. Free WIFI ("Sugar Beach Hot Spot" no password required). on-site property manager, and direct contact to the owner if required. Total relaxation!

We are so in love with this condo! Thank you to Steve, Diane, and Denice. Perfect for a couple looking to visit St Croix! Beautiful beachfront property, close to the Christiansted Boardwalk and 30 mins from Frederiksted. The condo has all of the amenities- coffee pot, toaster oven, microwave, two person breakfast bar, candles, some spices, a super clean supermarket around the corner, beach chairs to use at local beaches, floats, even some snorkel stuff. There are beach chairs right outside of the condo. The back porch is cute- covered but yet still open to see the ocean. There is an AMAZING pool area for days you want to lay low. And a gas grill for grilling all your goodies- we grilled steaks and chicken wings! We will be back very very soon!!!

Fantastic location! You step off the patio and you are immediately on the beach. The views were amazing. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing I wish it had was a heavier blanket.

Great for a couple! Host very responsive! Best feature is you have your almost private beach to yourselves! Great relaxing open air porch to watch the beautiful sunrises! Plenty of bath & beach towels, kitchen supplies, coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags! Chairs are provided on the beach & There are 2 beach chairs if you want to take them to one of the other beautiful beaches along with a cooler! Also there are bags in the kitchen closet you can take with you to grocery shopping as some stores charge for bags. Nice restaurant you can walk to next door which was nice on the evening of our arrival as we were tired from traveling all day. Pool is beautiful wth many tables in the pool to keep you cool! You will need to get quarters for laundry (if needed) as the laundry room is by the pool area. Good location near the Christiansted boardwalk!

We really enjoyed our stay at Steve and Dianes place. Although it was our second time at the Sugar Beach Condos, it was the first for being actually ON the beach. Walking right out the door to the ocean was truly enjoyable. This place has just enough amenities and space for a couples getaway. We got to enjoy the trade winds for most of our week but had to use the A/C the last night which worked great. The place in general shows its age in a few places but didn't affect our stay. We also highly recommend checking out But Ter restaurant right next door. Really good food and awesome service. Mostly everything is just a short drive away if need be. Also the pool is great and hardly used. Would return again if we come back down to visit.

Great location. The place has everything needed for beach time. (Chairs, cooler, sun block and aftercare, cold ac, fans, towels, floaties) Absolutely loved our stay. Grocery store close by as well as plenty of convenient stores. Plenty of parking and close to Christiansted boardwalk and a short drive to Frederiksted. The place felt safe and pool area was nice as well.

What was the best about the place was the proximity of the beach. It is literally steps outside the back door. This made our trip so enjoyable and made it so easy to just lay by the water. The beach was regularly maintained and not crowded either. The owner was very receptive.

The beach access was wonderful and the kitchen had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable and the ceiling fan was all I needed, combined with the ocean breezes coming in through the sliding door screens. Plenty of storage for my clothes and closets for my luggage. Lots of beach towels and a few beach chairs were nice to have. I enjoyed sitting in the gallery with my coffee in the early morning. Delightful visit!!

About the host

Hosted by Steve and Diane Ciarochi

Host profile image
Steve served as General Manager of Sugar Beach Condos for 7.5 years. After he retired, he and Diane continued to live on the property, and Diane was elected to the board of directors where she served for 6 years. Obviously, they are intimately familiar with the Property and the Island of St. Croix. Although Steve now lives in North Carolina, they have retained the services of their daughter Denise Henderson (who now lives on-property) to attend to the needs of their guests. P.S. Diane passed away in November 2026, but her spirit lives on in Sugar Beach!

What makes this property unique

Condo 112 is in an ideal location on the property. It's enclosed and furnished beachfront patio is situated towards the East end of the beach, which is the widest and most sandy area. In addition, the front door is directly across the parking lot from the steps leading to our beautiful free-form swimming pool, the club house, laundry room, and the condo office.
