The layout works especially well for families and groups traveling together. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the first floor along with the main living, kitchen, and dining spaces. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, creating comfortable separation between sleeping areas while keeping everyone connected to the main gathering spaces.

Important Information
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present during the stay.
Pets are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted.
Parking is available for two vehicles.
Check in begins at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is by 10:00 a.m.
Bath towels, beach towels, and bed linens are provided.
Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
Group gatherings and events are limited to the property's maximum occupancy. Weddings, rehearsal dinners, and similar events are not permitted.
Cancellation Policy for Reservations of 29 Nights or Less

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival receive a 100% refund
• Cancellations made 14 to 29 days prior to arrival receive a 50% refund

Cancellation Policy for Reservations of 30 Nights or More

• Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival receive a 100% refund
• Cancellations made 30 to 59 days prior to arrival receive a 50% refund
