A lot of bang for the buck- newish and very clean! Comfortable furniture you could actually sit on and comfy beds. Patio area and furniture were actually clean and useable unlike many properties once you arrive! We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking in the Denver area.

The VRBO and Host could not have been any better. The Host was right on top of everything and the home is awesome and in a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path. We will definitely return to this one.

The home was a perfect accomodation for our needs. However a towel rod was broken in the master bathroom when we arrived. Overall the place was quiet and stocked with neccesities for a few nights stay and also very clean! Would recommend plus stay again.

Beautiful home, well furnished

My friends and I loved our stay at this beautiful home! It is an expanding neighborhood, and because of that there were times of day with construction noise, but even then it was still quite peaceful. I will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips to North Carolina!

Place was great. Comfortable, nice area. My only negative is that there isn’t much close by. Things aren’t so far, between 15-20 miles, but the traffic to the north and the south of Lake Norman really slows things down. Other than that this is a great place and location and would recommend.

Visiting my son in college in North Carolina.

The home as beautiful, clean, and supplied with everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. The owner was very responsive and had information available before I even asked. Thank you for having us!

We usually stay with family in the area - but there was a large party for that family and a lot of out of towners, so we rented a location for our immediate small group family. This was centrally located to everything we needed - property was clean - house was clean - everything we needed was on sight. No issues to report. we did not utilize all of the amenities as it was a quick weekend turn around for us. But had we stayed longer we would have enjoyed the back yard.
