This 2 Br villa is located in Arrowhead Court inside Kingston Resort. It's located on the 1st floor. This adorable condo features a king bed en suite and 2 twin beds in the secondary bedroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Relax by the pool or take a quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach. You'll find tons of sunlight streaming through the primary bedroom windows and a sliding glass door leading you to a screened-in balcony porch. The lake is right there at your feet and the view is so picturesque it instantly tugs at you to sit down, grab a cup of coffee or cocktail, and just breathe. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Arrowhead Court is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, a private swimming pool, and a winding sidewalk with a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Property and location were beautiful, the short walk to the beach was enjoyable and made for a nice night stroll. Management was responsive and helpful. We would love to stay again.

Cozy condo with a beautiful view of Lake Arrowhead

Loved the layout of the condo with the master bedroom facing the lake and watching the wildlife sitting in the screened in room. The condo was very clean with extra towels, pillows, and everything we needed to feel welcomed. Thank you for the great hospitality! We enjoyed our long weekend getaway. We will definitely be back!

We loved sitting out on the screened in porch enjoying nature, watching the ducks and swans on the lake. The condo has a great layout with very comfortable beds. Chanda and Navin are wonderful hosts and responsive to anything you need. We will be back!

Gorgeous nature view!

The property is gorgeous! We had some trouble navigating the pools as one is well hidden and not marked. The unit itself was as described but as we walked barefoot on the floor it was not clean. The beds were great. The living room furniture was worn out and a distraction from the beautiful view. The map to the pools without actual street direction was inadequate.

Arrowhead Court has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and easy beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and sea fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the lakeside setting from the balcony.
