Home was very clean throughout and kitchen was well appointed with all the amenities we needed. The open layout was wonderful allowing us to all be together without being on top of each other. Private office area also available if needed. Lake views all around. Host was responsive. Home is lakefront with established shade trees and open gently sloped lawn. Ample outdoor chairs available as well as an outdoor door table with benches. A gas grill is available located at the front of the home in a small garden setting complete w high top dining table and chairs. Would recommend this home.

Spent a long weekend; 5 adults. We had a wonderful stay! First. The home owner is VERY responsive to questions, and made us feel welcome from the start. The home is beautiful… and plenty of space for a group. The lake view is amazing… so peaceful to enjoy with a morning coffee.

Great location lakeside. House recently renovated. Beautiful view. Terrible WiFi, basically doesn’t work even after rebooting the router. WiFi is key as cell signal is poor. Nonstick pans are horribly beat up with lining partly missing and hanging from pan. Laundry detergent would have been so nice.

The lake view was very nice. The weather was cold and windy, so we had limited opportunity to enjoy the lake. We didn't need the laundry service. The owner was very responsive to a problem with the internet service. He had the Spectrum technician at the house at 8 AM the next morning.The house accommodations were modern, clean and spacious. It was a perfect distance from the Letchworth State park. I found out too late about the golf course across the lake!

This home was even nice than pictured - an immaculate, beautifully renovated and decorated "cabin" with tons of room and every amenity we could want. Very large living area, 3 inside and 2 outside dining tables, exceptionally well supplied kitchen, a beautiful dock with Adirondak chairs perfect for cocktail hour and watching the sunset across the lake. We loved the enclosed back porch overlooking the lake. Host provided an abundance of plush towels including beach towels. The mattresses - all relatively new - are on the soft side. The rental includes several kayaks and paddle boards, which we didn't use because the lake was a bit chilly and showing lots of algae (which most people say is pretty harmless and fine you're boating). My husband and I spent 4 nights there with another couple to do some hiking in Letchworth State Park - well worth the trip, as was the tour of Mt. Morris Dam (need reservations). Silver Lake was charming - very nice for strolling around the quiet drives around the lake. Not much to do in the town of Perry, but some of the surrounding towns are quaint and the countryside is beautiful. Anthony, the host, was lovely, responsive and helpful and provided a recommendation for an excellent restaurant! We would definitely enjoy renting this lovely house again!

Excellent Lake Life

Would give this property 10 stars if able! The Lakeview was gorgeous. The house was spacious with lots of extras, including an enclosed porch facing the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfy, and towels fluffy. Except for the weather, it was the perfect weekend!

Beautiful View

This is a wonderful property with a beautiful view of Silver Lake. Great sunsets. A confortable house and very comfortable beds with everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. The owner provided great products in the barhrooms that helped to make it feel like a spa experience. Also very close to Letchworth State Park, a not to miss experince for hiking and breathtaking views.

Lake front stay

Our stay at Anthonys lake front place was great! From before arrival to departure Anthony was kind and responsive if need be. The house itself was recently remodeled/updated with new furnishings in and out. Very clean property with a great view! I recommend and will return! Thanks again Anthony.

We had a great stay! The place is huge, a large kitchen with a breakfast room adjoining so we could help prep the food and be a part of things still, and dining room area, living room with a big couch and a sitting area. The windowed porch that spans the whole back of the house so we had a complete view of the lake. Very clean, very comfortable. Laundry room upstairs with new washer and dryer was really handy. The bath downstairs has a shower and the one upstairs has a tub with shower. We all said we would definitely come back and hopefully during warm weather so we can enjoy the lake and use that great porch. Absolutely a great place to stay!Our host was very easy to communicate with, made everything so easy.

Beautiful house on the lake!

Perfect house for our visit to Letchworth Park!Our host, Anthony, was quick to check in, answer questions, and give great suggestions for visiting the area.The house is just lovely, and the lakeside backyard was the perfect setting for morning coffee and catching up with friends. So nice to have kayaks there for our use, too.When it was time to cook dinner, we wanted for nothing in the kitchen. Easy to find everything we needed, and the grill was right outside the door. The host even left a much-appreciated dessert for us to share! We feel fortunate to have found such a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place to stay…in a truly idyllic setting!
