Casa frente al mar de 3 dormitorios con hermosas vistas! Acceso a la playa es de 100 metros de su puerta de entrada. Esta casa tiene una sala de observación que se siente como un barco en el mar durante la marea alta! También una sala de estar con piedra de ágata y arco de chimenea que da a las olas y la playa. No hay brechas de una sola noche de junio a septiembre. tiendas de diversión, restaurantes y películas son un paseo cerca. Sentar en la cama con el sonido del océano por la noche. Explora las marismas cercanas, volar cometas o construir castillos de arena por día. Románticos disfrutarán de la madera de pino y una decoración acogedora en todas partes. La mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para 6 con vistas de surf y arena y Wifi.

Was a little disappointed from images in photo,but all in all it was a great experience and the property was relaxing and the view was awesome being right off the beach with easy access. Nice cozy beach house. I would rent again.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great little find! Superb location and very comfortable accommodation. Unfortunately the heating system did not work - after a call to the company, a small heater was provided which along with the gas fireplace did keep us warm. However, the furnace/thermostat issue was not addressed.

Everything was great but got the price we paid I was disappointed they have a very rusty unusable BBQ grill to offer their guests to use. Also, beach chairs would have been nice to use at the beach.The view is outstanding!

Thanks for the 5 star review and your stay at Seamist. I'll get working on that BBQ. The salt air and being right on the beach is tough on a BBQ. It's great you loved that big surf and sand view. Also, fun to have the tide pools right below the house. Hope you can make it back another time.

Wow, great review! Thank you so much for staying. It has to be the best beach view in town with 3 walls of windows looking out to the beach. Comfy and well appointed and of course sparkly clean have to happen and my top goals. See you again.

Place was great probably would have liked knowing that vehicles rev their engines until 12 am running around on the beach right below the house. Stunning view and a great place for a couple or small group.

Great location to the beach! Loved the windows and watching the sunset. Bed was comfortable. and the fireplace was a bonus. a hot tub would have been a great asset, but the view made up for that!

We enjoyed our stay at the Seamist in Lincoln City! The view was beautiful and access to the beach was perfect! We loved the fireplace and overall had a great trip!There are a few things that the property could improve on in our opinion. First, the 3rd step from the bottom of the stairs going up to the street level was very wobbly and could be dangerous. We had older family with us and thankfully we noticed it before they did! Second, many of the blinds did not work. Additionally, we had a party of 6 and the amount of toilet paper and paper towels were scarce. For the price we do not feel we should have to purchase any extra. Lastly, the mud room bathroom was very poorly lit and not a really functional bathroom for getting ready.

Thank you for the heads up on the loose stair. Got that repaired and a new cool high watt bulb which is much brighter in the mud room bathroom. The cleaner is leaving more paper towels and toilet paper for longer stays. I'm happy you a had a great trip and appreciate your time to mention these things . Thanks so much for staying at Seamist.
