Everything about the house was wonderful! We mostly rented the house to have a get away, had a great time by the fire and in the basement with the amenities. The host was both helpful and kind, answering all questions and providing great local knowledge.

Amazing home and property ! Pictures definitely don’t do it justice at all. Tons of room for big meals and games and also plenty of room to sneak away for privacy and solo time - The lake is gorgeous and great for a day of floating with friends. Very calm most of the time. Flat walk to dock is a huge bonus ! The house is well stocked with dishes and pans & appliances. Tons of room to cook together and make memories Great communication prior to - during and post our stay. Bring plenty of floats and beach towels for the best lake adventure.

This property was even more amazing in person than in the pics. The location was ideal and we were able to have a boat pick us up from the dock versus driving to a different location. We had 13 people and never felt crowded. The house is so laid out so smart. The rooms were big and clean, and there were enough bathrooms that our 13 girls felt comfortable while getting ready. The owner was fantastic and provided recommendations on restaurants and stores in the area. We will be back!

This place was outstanding. The on line description and pictures are accurate. The owner was very helpful throughout the entire process and responded in a timely manner to all requests. We had a total of 11 people for the week and had plenty of room. Everyone enjoyed the game room and all of the lake items provided. The location on the cove was great as there was not a lot of traffic on the lake. You can not go wrong if you book here just don’t take my week for next year .

Absolutely stunning!

This property is stunning! Everything is top of line and the owner’s have provided everything possible to make you feel at home. There is something to entertain everyone, from the kayaks and paddle boards, to the game room in the basement…we didn’t want to leave and will definitely be visiting again. The peaceful street and cove make it so relaxing. It feels like you’re on a lake in the mountains rather than on busy Lake Lanier. I cannot express how thankful we are that this family chose to chair their beautiful house!

Absolute Perfection!

This lake house is absolute perfection and Lee was an amazing host! The house is immaculate with gorgeous views of the lake. It accommodated 4 families perfectly with plenty of room to spare. The house is spotless, fully stocked and very well maintained. Our kids loved the massive game room, trampoline, paddle boards and kayaks. The covered porch is awesome and accommodated our entire group for meals and card games. We rented a boat and loved the fact that this house is on a quiet cove, rather than the busy part of the lake. Also loved the grassy backyard and easy, short walk to the lake. Lee’s communication was great. He checked in with us as soon as we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond to any questions. Do not hesitate to book this property!

Caution - You won't want to leave.

The moment we arrived I knew I had picked the right place to have the celebration of our 50th anniversary. Lee's place accommodated three generations of our family with ease and style. Everyone had a great time and will remember this place and time very fondly. We made memories. There's a two-story private boat dock with water toys, a grill and refrigerator. We parked our rented pontoon boat and jet-ski there. Inside there's a fully equipped game room pool table, ping pong table, poker table, bar, video games and more. The kitchen was magnificent. It well stocked with everything needed to make meals. Sleeping accommodates were large, well-appointed and comfortable. I can't describe just how nice this place is, you just have to go there. You won't be disappointed.
