Modern Two Bedroom House Six Blocks from Main Street Sheridan King & Queen Beds

This home is strictly a vacation rental property, comparable to a modern Hotel Suite.

Private entrance to the Queen room from a small deck. Secluded concrete patio. Fenced yard front and back. Patio chairs are stored inside / King closet.

Easy access entrance has a low profile steps of about 4", suitable for elderly and those with mobility issues.

Roku TVs in the bedrooms. The Lamps double as charging Stations.

Off street parking for one vehicle and one space on the street. Possibly 2 on the street, inquire.

Nest thermostat can be operated by voice (through the google home hub) or manual controls. Remember to say "Hey Google" when giving commands to the home hub. Instructions can be found on the dining table, If you have any questions please let us know.

Six blocks from Sheridan's downtown main street, King Ropes and The Mint Bar. Walk North one block to Kendrick City park which features a playground and Ice Cream Stand. From there it is short uphill walk to the Trail End State Historic Site. Right next door is Dean States Art Studio and amazing gallery. Decades of all original art created by a world class artist.

Graco pack and play and booster seat available upon request.

Flush toilet paper ONLY.
NO hair dye.

Please set the air-conditioning to 80 degrees if you leave the home for an extended period of time. In the winter months set heater to 65 under the same circumstances.

Do not operate the air conditioning unit during the winter months, it can ruin the unit. Do Not turn the air conditioner temperature below 68 it can freeze the unit.

This property is listed as a shower only property. The water tank in the home is not large enough to fill the walk in tub.

If you spill water / ice on the flooring please wipe it up the flooring will buckle under sitting water.

Please do not leave the screen doors propped open. Push on the door if you prop it, to release the lock.

Comfy Home Away From Home

The property is in a great location. Easy walk to downtown and the park. Great places to sit outside with cute gardens in the front and back. I swear I heard the bison making sounds in the middle of the night (they are also walking distance from the home.) Everything we needed was there. Super clean. Very comfortable king bed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house!

Such a cute house. Eclectic for sure. Had all the amenities we needed. Beautiful garden. A deer came into the backyard and visited with us for a while. Super easy access. Close to our friends new store on Gould, Lil Bees Bohemian. Gina was nice Only bad thing was my husband set a bag on the table and hid the instructions to set the thermostat.
