This Bayfront single family home in Ship Bottom is located on 28th St. and features gorgeous bay views from almost every room in the house. This charming home is very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and has a sofa bed in the den.. The home is right on the bay with a dock to enjoy your water sports: boating, kayaking, paddle boarding or just swimming. It has 2 very spacious decks for entertaining and just watching the sunsets after a relaxing day on the water. New for 2024 new flooring.
The home is located a block and a half from the beach - traffic light at the corner - from the Ship Bottom beach (there are 4 beach badges included) and is walking distance to Miniature golf and arcade, shops, a bakery, a Surf & Sports Shop and a restaurant. Owner provides pillows and blankets/comforters.
