Primer piso de una casa de 2 familias ubicada en una tranquila calle lateral de la bahía. Camina una cuadra hasta la bahía para ver la puesta de sol o ve a cazar cangrejos y una cuadra hacia el océano. Dos habitaciones, una con cama Queen y otra con literas y una doble. Saque seccional en la sala de estar. 3 televisores de alta definición y wifi incluidos. Bonito patio para barbacoa y descansar. Ducha al aire libre para limpiar después de un buen día en la playa.

This was our 8th summer staying here. We love the hammock, quiet backyard and outdoor shower. My kids love the bunk beds and the open living room/kitchen setup. The owner is super responsive.

Great accommodations and close to the beach!

Excellent location! Very close to the bay for a sunset and easily walkable to the beach. Huge bonus to have the beach passes! The open concept was great for cooking for the family and relaxing on a beach break. We will definitely come back to this house! Access to the outdoor space was great for the kids.

We had such a great time! The location was perfect, just a 3 minute walk to the beach. We could come back to the house easily if needed and head right back to the beach. Check-in was super smooth. The door to enter is at the back of the house. Everything is upgraded and well kept. Don’t forget the beach passes when going to the beach! Kris was super responsive and helpful during the stay!

I would recommend that the owner provide at least one roll of toilet tissue on the property. Also railing from the porch should be completed. Very dangerous at night and for children. In addition to motion light detector on the porch, there should be a light that stays on when sitting outside in the evening.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay and the location is great. Short walk to the beach, quiet street, close to shops and restaurants. The backyard was a really nice feature where we enjoyed dinners out on the porch. The open concept living area is very spacious and nice updates throughout.

Great beach stay

We loved our stay at this comfortable beach house. The kids loved the bunk bed, hammock and outdoor showers. We loved the modern kitchen and patio space. It was a great stay for all of us.

Amazing stay and host!

Our host was so quick to respond and so accommodating. The location of this place is so low key and perfect for a quiet spot with a great beach. Quick walk, like 3 mins to the beach. Would love to come back!

Great Place

Great place in a quiet neighborhood, easy, close access to the beach and bay, owner was very responsive. Would definitely reserve the space again. Providing beach badges was a nice touch.

Great for necessities!

Great location & a quiet spot. It’s close to bay & walkable to beach, general store, coffee & ice cream. Cute backyard & porch, very good outdoor shower. Choose this if you love spending the day at the beach & grilling dinner in a useful space & relaxed atmosphere. Not fancy but has everything you need to be comfortable & happy!

A nice beach property for a small family on LBI.

It is a comfortable property with necessary amenities in a very good location on the island close to the beach and with easy access to bay fishing. Perfect I would say for a couple and 2-3 children. The beds were comfortable, the place clean. Comfortable living room with lots of plushy sofas. TV's in every room. The porch away from the street was nice and there was a hammock and fire pit in the yard. Two outdoor showers speeded up the return from the beach. My only real complaint is that the owner needs to reset the sensitivity of the automatic sensor with woman's voice yelling, "emergency, emergency, smoke", every time anything is fried in the kitchen.

Great house to kick off the season

Spent a long weekend with the two youngest grands (3 and 7 yo): jam packed the days with oceanside fun, mini golf (Flamingo Golf and Jenn’s), playgrounds and hiking at old Barney. Took the weekend off from cooking/barbecuing thanks to Boulevard Clams, Panzone’s, Mustache Bill’s, Off the Hook, Barry’s, How You Brewin, and, of course treats from Marvel’s and Skipper Dipper. (No worries though for those opting to cook/barbecue: home has a lovely and large renovated kitchen!) 25th St. pedestrian crossing light made trips to the beach fast and safe. Watched the sun set and met the neighbors at the bay just around the corner. Luckily the weather was magnificent, but if not there’s a sectional couch big enough to hold the whole family! More ++s: newly renovated bathroom with a great shower; roomy outside shower; oversize washer and dryer; huge, comfy backyard hammock

Surfcity oasis

Kris, the Property owner Chris with a K was wonderful during the whole process. I booked it about three or four months ago knowing you wanted to go down for Fourth of July weekend like we always do property was very accessible great location quick walk to the beach fully stocked with everything we needed backyard has a beautiful oasis for hanging out Very very clean. Air conditioners were great nice and cool cause it was a hot weekend. Definitely will be visiting again thanks Chris with a K. Lol

We have stayed here the past four years, we love everything about it. It’s clean, comfortable and close to the bay and beach. We use all aspects, the hammock, patio, grill and games.

Great place!

We truly enjoyed the updated kitchen, the outdoor shower, the tiki toss, and the outdoor space with a fire pit (although we wish the fire pit had wood). We would definitely stay here again if we had to spend a weekend at Long Beach Island again. Thanks for being a great host.

Lovely

The place was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was beautiful, Beds were comfortable. The only drawback was no dressers in the bedrooms to put your clothes so we had to live out of the suitcase.

We had a great, fun filled time. Great location…so many things were within walking distance. The house was very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the covered back porch. Very nice kitchen. We cooked most of our meals there. Thanks Kris. 😊

Simply sensational sunsets

Wonderful time spent here!My daughter and I were looking for beach bungalow on LBI. It was very comfortable, clean and very accurate per the ad. The open floor plan was a real bonus for our stay. Porch and outdoor space was a favorite. And 1 block to bay for sunsets was wonderful. And also short walk to ocean and 24th Ave beach was convenient with lifeguards. Short walk to shops, grocery (Anchor Market) and Boulevard Clams! ( a favorite of ours for crab cakes, shrimp etc)

Clean and cozy Surf City beach house!

Great location and beach, not very crowded. Neighborhood quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed the hammock, firepit and porch. Charcoal grill makes it challanging to prepare meals quickly if coming home late off the beach, but enjoyed just the same. Kitchen is a bit dated, but serves its purpose. We brought a few of our own pans and cooking utensils, this was helpful. Bring own linens, including kitchen and hand towels. Would stay again and recommend for girls weekend or small family vacation. Loved our time in this cozy vacation home. Hated to go home.

Easy communication with Kris, easy checkin. Listing details a great representation of the property. Short walk to the beach. Good sunset viewing down the block from the bay. Good food options and board rentals not far away. Overall great weekend.
